A strange happening on Steam

So my brother was playing on Team Fortress 2 and he said two people were talkin' in the chat box about ME  (Or someone else named Razzledaz on the forums!) and I wanted to know who it was.
 

If you have any knowledge of this happening comment about it!

 

I'll include some details on the circumstances here,

 

1. The server was based on Pokemon

2. My bro's username is Pieking

3. There was mention of a super-russian person (@sergei probably)
