He sat in his green leather chair, staring out the window of his office, watching the night sky.  He eyes frowned in concentration.  Why couldn't she just agree with the proposal! he thought to himself.  It's not like it would have affected her in any way.  I mean sure, a few ponies would be...affected.​  But what's a dozen or so in the grand scheme of things?  The stars in the sky twinkled as he watched.  It was frustrating, having everything depending on that damn alicorn.  I must find some way to convince her.  Make her change her mind.  He sat there in silence for several more long hours into the night....

Equinox smiled back though somehow not seeming tired he was up most of the time. "Give it too her now" Equinox thought to himself as he discreetly slipped the letter into her saddlebags. "Hopefully she likes the letter..." Equinox said as he kept his mind on both his job and if Quill will like the letter or not

Quillina continued to slowly move twoards the other end of the chamber, and she finally sat down and saw the scroll. She opened it and began reading it as slowly she let her eyes dialate and she leaned agains teh wall, panting as she watched her eyes dance over the words.

 

W-who wrote this? She asked herself, blushing as her entire body was shaking like mad. She turned it a little bit to the left and the name weas made aware to her.

Equinox sighed. "She's not going to like it...I know she won't and she is then going to hate me" Equinox muttered to himself. "Why did I write that and why did I give it to her...

She put the letter away in her bag and saw him, slowly asking to be dismissed. she walked over to him and she watched him then she finally whispered, "D-did you write me that letter?" she saked, making sure before she did anything she did it right.

Equinox blushed before answering. "Y-yes I did" Equinox said looking away. "I...stayed up most of the time writing it and making various others till I came up with...well what is written on the paper there" Equinox said. "I'm sorry if you don't like it" Equinox said

Quillina looked at him and she blinked, "D-don't like it?" she whispered, then suddenly she made a chance. A singel thought took over her mind as she gently leaned forward and pecked his cheek.

Isntanlty, she went red and stammered, "I-I'ms orry! I-I don't know...I mean I mean tto but..." She turned and ran, ran back up the stairs and into her room.

"Q-Quillina w-" Equinox stopped as he was too late as he saw her leave. Equinox face was red as he went after her. "Quill wait" Equinox called for her. "I'm not mad or anything please let us talk at least" Equinox said before stopping and sighing. "I think I really screwed up this time"

Why the buck did she ever do that?!? The thought was ringing in her head as she was curled up in her mat, shaking.

She found him attratvice, that wasn't something she could deny. As she thought about it, the more and more she felt a physical attractiion wowards him.

She was scared. Scared that she was not worth it. Scared she was gonig to ruin it. She was completely frozen, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to do anything.

Equinox came to her chambers and knocked on the doors. "Q-Quillina..." Equinox stuttered. "Please can we talk for a bit" Equinox said as he really wanted to talk to her. "In not mad at you so there is no reason to be scared" Equinox said. "In the one who should be scared" Equinox thought

Quillina looked at the door and she slowly began to open it, peaking a head out. She looked so...so pure. Everything about her was untouched. Her mind, her body, even her hair all seemed to be tinged with an innocence not even the best of virgins could pull off. Romance was something she'd only written about, never actually played out.

 

In a sense, she was terrified. His confession was so deep, so endearing that it made her want to hug him. And the fact she kissed him made it all the more important to her to actually accept.

 

Yet, under all that, was a sense of fear. Fear of it. She was scared. She was scared because she didn't want to be hurt. She'd had experiences with love before, and it reflected in her writing. Despite being innocent, that didn't mean she didn't know hearbreak.

 

She finally looked up at him with her most pure eyes and she said, "I-I'm willing to talk. C-come in..." She opened it and then walked over and laid on the bed, looking at him.

"I guess...you know now..." Equinox said as he looked down. Equinox has been in love before but it didn't end very well...the mare before broke his heart and left him deep in sorrow for a long time. He knew Quill for a while and had feelings for her but was afraid to even tell her. When he wrote the love letter it was he himself inside his own heart telling him to do this and to not be afraid. But now...look at where he is now right in front of the mare he loves.

Quillina was very pure. She looked pure. She acted pure. She WAS pure. She was scared of being corrupted. She looked at him and she didn't know what to say. She shook a little, and she wasn't going to make a move. If anything, she was almost daring him to come closer and prove it.

Equinox stepped closer. "Everyword written on that letter was from my own heart and soul...I love you Quill..." Equinox said before embracing her. "You mean the world to me..." Equinox said before looking her straight in the eye. " But...do you feel the same" Equinox asked

Quillina instantly wrapped her body around him and awaited for him to finish. She couldn't deny her own feelings, albiet she was so inexperienced that she probably didn't even know about them utnil this morning. She whispered, "Of course I do..." She looked him into his gorgeous eyes, "I-I have...have for a long time.."

"I promise I will never leave you Quill..." Equinox said looking into her eye before kissing her.

Quillina stroked his back as she slowly dug her head into his soft chest. As she relaxed, she actually made a gentle moan as she made him stay hugging her. As this happened, her heart exploded in her chest and she slowly smiled. She turned her head until she was comfortable.

Equinox smiled as he closed his eyes. "I won't let anything happen to you...if you go missing I will search the ends of the earth to find you..." Equinox said. "Nothing will take you away from me so long as I live"

Quillina let her hoof begin rubbing his hoof, then slid up and towards his shoulders. She wrapped it firmly around his head and pulled him in for a long kiss, moaning a little but giving him every ounce of affection she felt from him. When she pulled back, the saliva strand broke and she hugged him.

"INTOLERABLE!" he yelled, throwing his notepad.  It flew across the room, hitting the wall next to the door, and falling to the ground, just as the door opened.  "Umm," began the small mare, visibly nervous, "is is everything alright sir?"

 

Ennex just glared at her.  "What do you think?" he snapped, before turning around to star out his window.  "Months of careful planning has been nearly destroyed, simply because one stuck-up Princess disagrees with a small part of it."  As he stood there fuming, the secretary decided it was in her best interest to quietly retreat, closing the door behind her.  While her boss was outwardly smiling and friendly, she new better then to be around when his dark side was showing.

 

  Several minutes passed, as Ennex just stood there, watching the night skyline.  "Months of work..." he muttered to himself... "all undone."

 

"Perhaps you should have planned out a little better," came a smooth, (Russian) accented voice from behind him.  Startled, he spun around, to see the shape of a stallion appear from the shadows in the far corner of his office.

 

"Ravage," he greeted the newcomer, "we've talked about you sneaking up on me."

 

"Forgive.  How else do I meet with you without being noticed?" Ravage replied, his deep voice nearly echoing around the room.  "Next time, I shall use the front door, no?"

 

Ennex shook his head.  "Absolutely not!  If anypony saw you entering here, it could lead to my collapse."  He stepped back behind his desk, and sat down in his green, leather chair.  "The last thing I need is one of Equestria's most wanted walking freely into my office."  He smilled.  "At least, not yet.  My Underground activities must remain secret from public knowledge."

 

"Hence, my discrete entrance," Ravage replied.  "But enough of that.  Vhat are ve going to do about Luna?"

 

"We?"  Ennex laughed.  "We will find another way to, shall we say, 'convince her' to agree to the relocation proposal."  He leaned back into his chair.  "Everything depends on this project.  One way or another, Luna will co-operate."

 

"And what if she doesn't?"

 

Ennex smiled, and it wasn't a friendly one.  "Then we will force her..."

Equinox hugged her back before he sighed. "I have to get back to work soon...then again I can take a day off and spend the whole day with you if you want" Equinox asked

Quillina nodded and distangled herself from his hooves, standing up, "I'll stay up all day for you." The words were funny on her tongue, since she was nocturnal, "if you need anything, tell me. I'm pretty sure I can help you out if you ever need anything."She hugged him, "thanks."

Entering the castle, again, Ennex walked up the steps.  While outwardly he appeared friendly, sharing smiles to those he passed, inside, he was grim and determined.  Luna better agree with me, this time, he thought to himself, while walking down the hallway.  Otherwise,  I'll have to come up with a new strategy, and the Princess is already on my case about getting the Project underway.  He continued, climbing up the staircase leading to Luna's chambers...

 

(OOC: feel free to bump into him if you want.  Oh, and Ravage will 'find a way', lol)

Equinox was at the front door of Luna's chambers before hearing footsteps. "State your business a- oh Ennex hey" Equinox said turning around and seeing Ennex. "How have you been my friend are you back to speak with Luna again?" Equinox asked. He seems really happy and cheery today

"Yes, I have another meeting with her," Ennex replied.  "Still trying to get her approval for my Project."  He paused, studying the guard.  "Say, Equinox," he began, "your not as stern-faced as you usually appear."  He smiled, "I take it you and Quillina had an, shall we say, 'enjoyable' evening, eh?"  He smirked.  Even though he was an important businesspony, his youth still betrayed him every now and then...
