She smiled, and began to eat some of it, smiling at it as the lovely flavors began dancing around her mouth. It was some of hte best food in the entire city, and she moaned a very little bit as it was slowly sliding down her throat.

Winter looked at Quillina and saw that she seemed to enjoy it. So he took a bite, it tasted... pretty good, He swallowed it and said "This tastes pretty good, To tell you the truth, 'it tastes like nothing I have ever tasted. hmmm" He then took another bite, it seemed to have tasted better...

She smiled and then she finished it after a while, then the sun was beginning to finally dip below the horizon. Now, the little bits of night were poking up. She looked at him, "It's getting late, are you wanting to stay the night or do you wnat me to get you a room to stya in?"

"No thank you, I will just head back to my house..." He said before yawning. He looked at the moon as it began to rise over the horizon. "maybe we can meet up again" Winter said with a faint smile. He then stood up and his horn began to glow, He was preparing to teleport back home.

She nodded and she slowly began to lean back in the chair, and she quickly hugged him before he teleported. Making this happen, she sighed and slowly walked over to the chambers of Luna and decided it was time to do something and began her duties as Royal Scribe.

Winter blushed when she hugged him, and when she let go he smiled and teleported home. He was inside his bedroom, he yawned and fell back on his bed. He looked at his violin that was on the dresser across from the bed. He levitated to him and he sat up. He grabbed the bow from under his bed and began to play Sonata in B flat.

-The Next Day-

 

Quillina slowly yawned her way awake after a good day's rest. She arched her back and slowly her mind began to drift back to the stallion. In a sense, she almost believed itw as a dream.

 

Yet the small tinge inside her told her it wasn't a dream. It wasn't anything usual for her either. In fact, she seemed to almost...desire more of him.

 

She decided to message him and quickly got a dragon assistant, who sent him a brief letter:

 

Dear Winter,

 

This is Quillina, royal scribe of Canterlot. If you so wish, meet me at the castle gates as the moon reaches its' peak.

 

She sent the message nad laid down, thinking over her recent actino.

Winter was asleep, his face was in his pillow, snoring silently. He was woken by a piece of paper landing on his head. He rolled onto his back and yawn. Scratching his right eye he picked up the paper. He un-rolled it and read it. "Dear, Winter.... This is Quillina.... meet me at the castle gates as the moon reaches its peak... Alright.. might as well send a reply... I'm going to have to teleport it to her so I hope it makes it to her..." He got out of bed and headed down stairs. He grabbed a parchment and a quill. He wrote a reply

 

'Dear Quillina,

      Alright, I will be there

                              Winter'

 

Winter's horn began to glow and he teleported the letter to her... It ended up landing on her window seal, outside the window.

((I meantioned she woke up at night. It's night))

 

She slowly truned and began to quickly hasten towards the gates. She arrived in a beautiful pink scarft and saddlebag, shaking a bit of chill away from herself. She moaned and closed her eyes, waiting for him.

(oh yeah...)

 

Winter left his house.

 

He was approaching the gates when he saw her. He yawned again, He had a hard day today and now he had to get up at midnight to meet Quillina. He wasn't angry, just really tired. He approached her "Hey -yawn- so why exactly did you have me meet you here..." He asked.

Quililna first handed him a special coffee that she'd gotten, "This should help you wake up. It's imbedded with magic so trust me, don't take it all at once." She looked down, "Second...hosently I don't know why. I uh...I just...I felt like I had to meet you and...well...I just...uh...well..."

Winter took a sip of the coffee, he felt slight more awake. "and?" He said. He yawned again before taking another sip of the coffee. "Well, I guess we can talk... mostly because now that I drinking this coffee, I will probably not be able to fall asleep for a couple hours or so..." He said before scratching the back of his head.

She thought fast and suddenly it came to her, "The royal garden is one of magic..you mentioned yesterdya loving the castle...I can alwys get us inside and we can see the garden!" She smiled, then truned, "Come on, let's go see what drove Fluttershy to madness!"

"Sure... also I heard of Fluttershy going crazy, but I didn't believe it at first." Winter said before yawning again. He had minor dark circles around his eyes and a hint of eye bags. He took a small sip of the coffee, "also, if the garden drove somepony to madness... why does the castle still have a garden" He asked

Smiling, she took him into the magical garden. The platns were actually glazing and were full of sheer color. Everytrhing sparkled and the animals came out to see them,. Quillina smiled, "Well Luna decided not to get rid of them so...yeah we decided not to get rid of it."

"So you don't know how the garden made her go mad -yawn- why as nopony looked into it?" Winter said before looking at all the plants and animals, on the outside he didn't seem to react to them very much, but on the inside he was in aw. He then took another sip of the coffee.

"That was a little bit of the own antics of Fluttershy," She smiled, and then the moonlight struck her. A little beauty of her form was made aware as the moonlight suddenly illuminated her entire features, and her entire body was starting to light up. She turned, "Need anyuthing?"

He looked away from the plants and looked at Quillina "N... uhh umm" He then looked forward, he was blushing slightly. He took a sip of his coffee. He looked at her and said "W-why would I need anything..," He then looked forward again. He saw a small animal run up to him, it was too small for him to see.

Quillina smiled and she sat down, "Well there are all sorts of animals everywhere right now. This garden is actually full of every single sort of animal known to Equestria. The dangerous ones are actualy under the castle." Smiling, she slowly leaned back, clsoing her yese.

"Why are they under the castle? Wouldn't that be extremely dangerous..." Winter said before sitting beside her. He then saw the silhouette of the small animal run into a patch of grass. He looked at her, a weird feeling began to grow in his chest. He tried to ignore it and looked forward.

Quillina wasn't sure what it was that was happening, but it felt like the moonlight was making the two grow closer. She dared to even scoot an inch closer to him as she smiled, "Well...Celestia was the one who did it, so I think I trust her. It'd be bad if I didn't!"

He looked at her and chuckled "I still question why, what if somepony were to free them..." He said as he leaned back on a tree. He looked at her, his heart rate began to increase. He looked forward and began to think himself. He then looked back to Quillina with a smile.

Quililna moaend and she turned her head to the side, not sure. But the entire atmosphere began to alter her mind and she moved herself a tad closer, so they were maybe three inches away from each other. She looked at him and she whispered, "What exactly...do you think...of...thisplace?"

Winter noticed that see moved closer to him and blushed. He looked forward when she asked and replied "Its beautiful... " Winter was going to say something else but he stopped himself. He looked at her "What do you think of it? I'm sure you have found some secrets" He said.

Quillina now was only centimeters away from his lips. She looked down and was starting to shake a little bit, panting as she started to whisper, "I-I don't know...I really don't...don't have any worth to even be finding secrets...I don't deserve to find any..." She looked down lower and shifted her hooves.
