body is a bit to small, and his forelegs are to thin. Other than that its ok

Yes, the forelegs are a bit too thin! It looks good other than that! Also, try to avoid using pure black... Maybe a slightly brighter color.

 

And great choice on Paint Tool SAI! I love using it!
