Free Graphics Programs?

Alright I like graphics and to make graphics and I have Gimp 2.6 which I have used! Yet I was wondering if any pony might know of some free ones out in the web I could also try out?

Sumo-paint is a good one; other than that I think GIMP is probably the best out there.

I use Paint.NET, which is very similar to PhotoShop. But it's free!!
