Heyo there. First I have to say that I really appreciate the form to fill for new users, but you have to excuse me for not using it. That's not my style. My name is Marcin, but most of the interweb knows me as Sliver (maybe except my WoW guild, but I wanted o make a name that's at least partially roleplay friendly). I'm a fifth year student at university studying english philology and a half time cashier in supermarket. I'm more of an sociopathic introvert though, but you shouldn't be too scared of me. I rarely bite.

 

I guess I should move to the part I skipped at the beginning. It's impossible to say what pony I like the most, every of those crazy girls have something to herself that makes me smile, but if I were to go for any it would be Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy. It's a long story, but Flutters was my long time best pony for around a year after watching the first episode. And now it's all mixed and stuff.

 

Once in a time in a life of every sociopath (at least I think that works like this) there comes a time when he feels the weird need to communicate with other people. When I thought like that the good uncle google told me about this place and I decided to give it a shot. It's much more lively than the last forum I wrote two posts on and much less problematic than my national one.

 

That's not so long story, so I can easily tell you. I'm a long timer in WoW and I tend to visit mmo - champion even few times a day. Once there was this massive My Little Pony thred that at that time counted few thousand posts. It surprised me a bit what's going in, but I'm a very open minded person so I decided to give it a try. I found it on youtube with ease and watched it. I knew I'll like it after few minutes into it, the intro got me. My close friend catched MLP from me after a few days.

 

The last part of this too excesive post will be about all the stuff I like. In the pony fandom and outside of it. I'm the big fan of music and maybe that's the biggest part of me being in the fandom. I love experimenting with music, even though my choice would be all kind of metal, I tend to check with great pleasure my favorite artists. I like reading books. Recently I got myself into masters Glukhovsky's Metro2033 universe and I'm happy that here, in Poland, it's so well known that more and more books are translated from russian. Fantasy books are my biggest priority, but if it's interesting I'll like it. I tried reading some fanfics and even though I liked them my biggest complaint would be that I like to have my book in my hand while reading. I like anime, but that's connected more with the fact that I love animations of all kind. Disney, Pixar, Ghibli, Bones, major and minor studios. It's much more magical than movies with real actors. But I like them too, V like Vendetta was the one that made an imprint on my life. 

 

I don't know if there is anything I should mention as an addition here. It's just my first post so I guess you can always ask me things if there's is something you want to know about me. And you have to excuse me for such a lengthy post.

Metro 2033 eh? I've read the books and played the games, also a rather big fan the metro universe as well.

I don't have a forite one, although the first season has some sentiment for me. And I'm not too fond of Tirek, imo the worst season finale so far. And Ilike everything about them, if that's the valid answer for such a question.

 

Sergei, too bad that we have only 10 books now in Poland and we're preparing ourselves for Murancza. At least we have our own national book that isn't out in Russia yet :P
