ooc Fading Skies Roleplay OOC

Welcome to the fading skies roleplay, for reference here is the backstory for the roleplay that I hope to get going.

 

The world was plunged into darkness after the changelings attacked again. Not because we weren't prepared but because when it started it hit the farms first. After the food shortage and great battle not much had remained of either side. Realizing their fault both the pony races and the changelings combined forced to rebuild civilization. However the war had ravaged the land so new territory was needed to house the now slowly growing population.

 

This is where you come in, you are an adventurer who has been sent up on the final scouting ship to research a neighboring planet for the major colonizing ships. However the ship was sent up in a hurry so there almost certainly will be problems during the mission.

 

Now the crew must assemble.

 

RP rules:

• No Mary sue's or op ponies (duh)
• Space will kill you so no need for air can't save you
• Don't be generally bothersome, there will be enough problems to go around so no need for sabotaging
• You can't create items so whatever is in the ship is in the ship, nothing else
• When we go down to planets you can only take so much back so choose carefully

 

Extra bits the change the RP flow:

• You can die, and someone probably will, if you die you can rejoin with another pony who comes out of cryosleep. There is a limited amount of the chambers so only so many re-spawns. (the number changes with the amount of people who join)
• Check your gear, there will be problems and you never know where.

 

Here is the crew:

• synth-star (ships medic)
• tempest-sol (Pilot/Fighter)
• junior (engineer)
• smiling-sun (handypony)
• monkshood (scientist)
• radiant-impact (cook)

 

Important NPC:

• The director (shows up on a screen as a sound line)

 

To sign up say you want to join with a link to your oc and a type of profession your pony is in for example: a geologist or a body guard in case we meet life on the planets.

Due to the immense world that this Roleplay would take place in is so large that I believe this would be in the advanced roleplay. After all they are traveling between planets.

You have been accepted, remember though his magic can drain and by judging your spells it will drain faster than a normal pony. Speaking of spells, I would prefer if you didn't use the astral projection as it takes out the key factor of death when it comes to exploring planets.

Sure, I have no objections, btw the pilot will only be important when it comes to flying the touchdown ship at planets.

hmm since I can't use my ponysona nor Ipkiss I guess I can rp as my oc Junior he can be the technician or the engineer. In this rp he would be older like maybe around his mid twenties and married.  If you think I should make slight modifications just let me know.

she has to have an occupation, this is a scout ship which means each person has a job to play, and the spot of bodyguard is taken by tempast
