Help With Designing Erythema's Mane

I'm finding this to be incredibly hard and I see this taking multiple iterations before I get it right. For starters, she is an opposite-sex identical twin to this OC SunBurn so her mane should be sorta similar. I've always though of their hair format as being wavy but curls at the end. What's more, her mane is supposed to look unkempt. She's a warrior and can't be bothered to look pretty. Please keep that in mind.
