Dark Hollow calls! Dare ye answer?

I know I've posted about this before but I'll give it another shot:
Would anypony be interested in having their OC (meaning an original character they've designed to represent them in Equestria) or an OC in general (a "non-you OC") becoming a citizen of Dark Hollow? Dark Hollow is a town across the Everfree Forest from Ponyville somewhere between Rambling Rock Ridge and Hollow Shades and is the town where a fan-fiction called The Dark Side of Harmony ("The DSoH" for short) takes place. The purpose of The DSoH is to express the balance of life, meaning; without sadness, happiness would mean nothing. Without calamity, the slightest amount of trouble would completely destroy us. So on and so forth.
