Unable to post status update and reply to status update

my account is mod queued, which means that whenever I post something it will now require approval before it can be displayed.

 

I don't understand why am I unable to post a status update or reply to a status update. 

 

It should at least let me reply to a status update after a mod approves my message.

 

I dont even have a box to type.

 

This must be a glitch.

 

Please fix this as soon as possible.

This is not a glitch. This is a function of the moderation queue itself. Every item that you post is reviewed and approved by the Moderation team. As this is a Normal Operating Characteristic of this function I will close this thread.

The moderation queue can be considered a form of probation. Members who have been placed in the moderation queue will find that nothing they post, from thread posts to status updates, will be visible to anyone else in the community until a moderator manually approves it. We employ the moderation queue as a last-ditch effort to correct habitually errant behavior when we think there's a possibility for improvement and that a permanent ban is premature.

You are posting status updates using the text box, I am on your friends list and get the notifications.  

 

 

Do you mean you don't can't reply to your own status or reply after an initial response?

i can't reply to anyone status because I am missing  a box to type in stuff.

 

Im not sure if someone can reply to my status.

So is there a conclusion to this, did you solve it ?

 It is normal operating characteristic. Status updates do not have the same functionality as posts. You will not be able to reply to status updates while you are in the Mod Queue. Other users are able to reply and post if they are not in the moderation queue. Please file a mod dispute if you disagree with being on the queue, but this is not a bug or a technical issue.

The mod queue is designed to hold content for approval by moderators and the status update system does not support any kind of approval/hiding functions.
