Eps hold on to Soprano his shoulder to calm him down.

"Easy. being in this world is all part of it. Do you think you can stand?"

The figure raised his hoof to make a bright light. Skyla was back to the reality oncce the light was gone.

"Follow me."

 

The figure in the coat just left the building to get outside.

"...Really? You ask that now?" he said, trying to calm down. He sighed. "... just gimme a minute to 'get my bearings', okay?" he requested. "This is much for me..."

 

He remembered the tape deck. 'Glad that's not here, now.' he thought, trying to stand up, as requested. He fell back down.

Skyla shielded her eyes with her hoof as a bright light filled her vision.

 

When she opened her eyes a moment later, she was back in Sugarcube Corner. She heard the figure say 'Follow Me' and saw a barely visible shadow walk out. She looked toward Andrea, whispered 'sorry,' and rushed out the door.

"It might be a strange question to ask but hey, you gotta stand up sometimes. I am not going to carry you over the whole world."

Said Eps with a joking voice.

 

@@Midnight Starfall, 

 

The figure stood beside a house.  Once again he used made words appear in front of Skyla her eyes to contact her.

"He is right around the corner." Around the corner of the building is a pond, with a black pegasus with red/black manes and a yellow pegasus beside of the pond.

"Make sure the black one is off guard..." "...I"ll be waitng here for the right moment."

Skyla nodded and looked around the corner. She could see the two ponies.

 

She took a breath, and walked over to the pond. "Hi there, I've never seen you guys around before. Are you guys new? In that case, welcome to Ponyville!"

 

"Where did you guys come from?" she asked politely.

"I never asked you to..." he said, in a serious tone. He attempted standing once again, this time on all-fours. He stayed up a bit longer, before falling flat on his face. He sighed, before realising: the time zone was the same. "Good, no jet lag." he said, remembering New Zealand's plus 2-hour fiasco.

 

Soprano noticed Skyla's voice. He tried sitting up-right, awkwardly, sitting like a human would. "Eh... hello?"

Eps got inmediatly nervous when he heard Skyla. If she saw that Soprano could barely move without falling, it would be very suspicious. He couldn't say like that he was drunk or something, that would inmediatly ruin his image.

"Oh,  Hi! Yeah, we are new around here. I ussually lived somewhere in the mountains."

 

Eps looked at Soprano and then looked back at Skyla. He quickly improvised a lie.

"The one who is on the ground right here is my friend from... Cloudsdale. We were... having a trip through Equestria, we wanted to explore every city and town and this is actually our last destination but... He got sick and that is why he is on the ground. We were just walking on the streets until he didn't feel well all the sudden."

 

More words appeared in front of Skyla's eyes while the figure was still around the corner.

"You are almost there, I can see him dropping his guard already."

"Ask or do something that get him totally off guard."

"Oh, I'm sorry about your friend. I'd help but, I'm not much of a doctor," Skyla said to him. "You've explored every city? That's cool! What's it like in Manehattan? Or Fillydelphia? Ooo, what's it like in Canterlot? I've never really traveled anywhere outside of Ponyville, so I don't really know what it's like outside here."

"The heck is Cloudsdale? A metropolis?" he said. "... Who are you exactly?" He said to Skyla, sitting up, awkwardly, hurting his legs. "Eh... hello?" 'English? How they speak English... Hell, how do they know it? It's from Earth...' He pondered, quietly, to himself, making sense of the situation.

"Woops, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Skyla, what's your name?" she asked politely.

 

"You don't know where Cloudsdale is? I thought you came from Cloudsdale," she asked, getting confused. "Then, where did you come from, if you're not from Cloudsdale?" she asked, thinking he mixed up the cities.

Eps soflty kicked Soprano to signal him that he should play allong.

"He problably forget some things because he doesn't feel  right. I am sure it will be over."

 

Eps didn't count on Skyla to ask such a question but even though, he was able to asnwer the question. When Eps was young and didn't have a home,he did travel through all of equestria.

"I have... WE have been in Manehatten, Fillydelphia and Canterlot. It was a great sight to see. There were large beautifull buildings that were mostly houses. Great restaurants and most people there are rich so it was kind of strange to be one of the only ones who didn't walk in a fancy outfit and uhm... there was more, give em a second..."

 

Eps looked a slowly up to the sky, trying to think of what he can remember, until out of nowhere 6 chains raced with incredible speed towards Eps. The 6 chains pierced through Eps, 2 in his shoulder, 4 in his legs.

The pushed Eps against a tree. Eps tried not to scream from the pain. 

 

The figure come around the corner with his hoof aiming towards Eps. He slowly walked towards him.

Now everyone started to see words in front of their face.

"You did a good job helping me."

The figure came closer to Eps. He took a deep breath as he came closer. An old weak voice was hearable.

"I already feel stronger by coming close to you."

The closer he came to Eps, more harder and deeper the voice got until it sounded like a deep voice of a normal person.

"Could you imagine how strong we will be once we reunite?"

Skyla listened, delighted, as he told of their journey across Equestria. She had always wanted to travel.

 

She saw the chains fly out of nowhere and pierce the pony she just met. She immediately felt bad for helping that weird pony. She let her kindness get in the way, again.

 

She looked guilty, and hung her head down.

He saw Eps above, in chains. "... The hell...? What's going on up there?)

He looked back up at Eps. "... Will he be okay up there? It's very high up..."

"Some shadowy figure asked me to reunite him with his other half, so I did. I didnt think the figure would chain him to a tree..."

 

"I let my stupid kindness hurt someone. I'm sorry," she said to the chained pony.

 

She didnt know if this reuniting thing was good or bad, but so far she perceived it as bad.

"Reunite with an other half... what other half..." he said, getting just as confused as when he first got here. "... what is going on here...?"

 

"Wait... Skyla... How did you get here? Last time I saw you, you were in your house... about an hour ago now, actually." he asked, still looking up at Eps.

"I don't know, I just helped him," Skyla replied. "I'm guessing the figure's other half is the pony chained to the tree."

 

"Oh, there's a portal on the end of the road my house is on. It's in the bushes by a tree," she said casually. It's not that far of a walk. After you left, I came here for some downtime."

"Oh, I didn't even notice you left it. And I thought I did lock the door on my way out. Weird."

 

She thought it was weird they were having a nonchalant conversation while a pony is tied to a tree.

"What, is it like New Zealand? Or Canada?" he compared. "... shouldn't we help Eps from the tree...? It's probably not good for a person to be tried to a tree" He said stating the obvious with sarcasm.

 

Soprano tried to stand up again, but just falls on his face again, as usual..

The dark figure heard the converstaion between the 2 ponies.

"So there is actually a way back to the human world? I guess that I should try to find it, after I am done here."

The figure started to laugh in an evil way while chains surrounded him and Eps in such way that no one could see what was happening.

 

After a few seconds, the chains left and instead of 2 ponies only one remained at the spot where the figure was standing.

Eps and the pony in the coat dissapeared and got replaced by a pony with his hoody off. He was black coloured, had long red and silver mane and yellow eyes.

Skyla turned and saw that the figure overheard their conversation, and surrounded the two of them with chains. "Welp, this isn't good.. Stupid kindness..."

 

She looked at Soprano. "You should really get up.. Just use your wings for balance as you get up."

"... wings?" he asked, tilting his head slightly, not knowing he had them, nor how to use them. "What wings...?"

 

"I can't stand up... I've tried already... It's very different." he says, trying to stand up, and getting some-what stable with it. "... nevermind. What's your plan now, then?"

The pony that replaced the pony in the coat and Eps  looked at himself.

"I have control over the body, splendid... Strange, we look different then before we seperated our hearts." 

Said the pony with the same deep voice that the pony in the coat had.

 

"It doesn't matter, now I am sure to defeat the demon king and rule over his army and once that is done, I think we should take over this world."
