Just like Cheese Sandwich is a certified party pony what if we had an episode where Pinkie goes off to get certified as a party pony? Yay? Nay? I think it could be a good episode.

It be interesting if there was a license just to throw parties. Like it's an official job in Equestria. If that's the case, would all certified party planners be like Pinkie Pie? If that's the case, I'd want to meet these ponies.

And Twilight could try to help her with book review and such, but Pinkie just ends up having to do practical tests of her abilities.

Well, Party Planners seem to be members of the Fool's Guild (& use "Goof Off" rules to settle disputes), so I would guess there is such a thing as Licensed Party Planner.  God knows, Pinkie should have been certified years ago.  She is probably being treated on an out patient basis (and is off her meds).
