Magical transfer through worlds and consequence

Starswirl initially brought magic into the human world when he banished the hippocampi/ sirens into another world, and there, the Dazzlings – though weaker- were still shown to have access to a small pool of their magic. Their magic was used to control the minds of humans, cloud their judgment, influence decisions, and turn them against one another, as well as influence a person's decision.

Then Sunset Shimmer took Twilight's crown embedded with one of the Elements of Harmony in it, where magic was yet again introduced to the human world through Equestria. This magic was used to transform the humans who wielded it into partial ponies via access to the magical friendship beams that were used to deal with villains in Equestria, with use of all the elements at once.

It's uncertain whether Twilight, upon her second trip through the mirror, brought over the effects of Rainbow Power (as she IS the element of magic), that the pony mane 6 in Equestria had only just recently unlocked, themselves, or if the magic that was already present in EQG was able to “evolve/ mutate” on its own, like a virus, as magical beings continued to cross over into a foreign territory where magic had never meant to exist, and continued to bring magic over with them.

This magical transfer not only blurs the line between worlds meant to be in a magical, fantasy setting, and worlds that aren't, as they get access to the magic from the former type worlds, but it also could cause universal imbalance; as seen in the “Reflections” arc, along with changing the future in ways not intended, for the people of the other world, as they interact with AU beings and make decisions they might not have initially made if they never came into contact with aliens from another world.

The consequence to this could be the universe acting accordingly, and seeking to eliminate the “foreign bodies” (magic and its users), if what isn't meant to exist there continues to exist and accumulate in a world not meant for them and their magic (case in point being all the magic brought over from Equestria, the Dazzlings, and even Sunset Shimmer). I could see this working one of two ways.

The first, where the universe acts to completely eliminate (kill) the foreign 'invasion' in order to protect itself; by setting events in motion where the people/ ponies who don't rightfully belong in that world, where very likely their Dopplegangers/ human counterparts exist as well (Sunset Shimmer and the Dazzlings) were involved in 'accidents' literally set by fate/ the universe that would kill them (being hit by vehicle, burning to death in a fire, falling to their deaths off of something)*

Or possibly the universe expends so much energy into not only trying to clean up the magic that's not meant to be there, but also keeping the ponified humans from Equestria from meeting their human counterparts and further causing paradoxes and future alterations that the universe starts tearing apart.

This situation could work more like the “Reflections” arc (and due to Hasbro being kid-friendly, I could see it playing out this way, rather than the former), where Starswirl and Celestia realized that their AU traipsing was having a negative impact on the AU worlds and their own; merging events, characters, and basically rewriting the future. Human Twilight, at the end of the Rainbow Rocks movie, is seen to be sensing something odd going on, that shouldn't be, at CHS, so the universe could be acting through her, and eventually get human Twilight to discover that there's magic influencing the human world, and eventually working on a plan to get the Dazzlings (and Sunset Shimmer) back to Equestria, for the sake saving the two worlds from collapsing and fates and future being changed by further AU interaction and influence.

Of course there also could be no difficulty at all with having a bit of additional magic into a universe that doesn't have much to begin with.  You could add 4 atoms of xenon per 100,000 to the atmosphere and it would have relatively little difference at all to how things are.  Assuming that most people can not interact with it, it would be similar.
