Hello ponies!

 

So I'm here to share this idea I've been developing for a while but am not sure whether to expand on or not. Please give your opinions! C:

 

Important information about the Alternate Universe:

 

 

- This is an alternate universe where Inspiration Manifestation goes wrong. Twi attempts to create a counterspell, but it backfires and the spell gets to her head.

- Rarity and Twilight rule Equestria. Because of the spell, their only interest is fashion and they are slightly insane in a subtle way.

- In order to make the entire kingdom fabulous, they combine forces and splash a spell across Equestria. Let us call this 'the splash'.

- 'The splash' is strongest closest to Canterlot, where it was cast. In order to make sure it does not fade off anypony, it is recast every year at the Royal Festival (sort of like the Gala or the Summer Sun Celebration)

- Everypony must follow the "rules of fabulousness", and in order to make sure they do so the Queens send spirits they create using their powers.

- Because of the 'the splash', nopony remembers anything from Celestial Equestria (ie under Celestia's rule) and everypony feels obliged to act upperclass, like Rarity.

- For rebelling against the rulers, the rest of the Mane Six have been transformed to diamond statues and are placed near the castle to remind ponies what will happen if they go against the "rules of fabulousness"

- All ponies, minus the Queens, do not have wings because nopony is allowed to be "higher up" than the Queens.

- All ponies, minus the Queens, do not have horns because nopony is allowed to become more powerful than the Queens.

 

 

 

Characters:

 

 

Loulou: formerly Scootaloo. She was with Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle as they joined the rebellion, but did not participate in it, so was spared her life, but still left with some physical harm. Her memories were only partially lost as 'the splash' was cast when she was unconscious, remembering some of the skills she learnt in Twilight Time and created electronic parts to 'fix herself'. She also built a robotic assistant for herself, Toodles.

 

Toodles: Loulou's assistant.

 

Queen of the Day: Rarity, as an alicorn.

Queen of the Night: Twilight Sparkle.

 

The Castle Statues: all ponies part of the rebellion will be turned to diamond and displayed outside the castle in Canterlot. Their power is slowly drained by the queens when needed. These include Celestia, Luna, Cadence, Spike, Mane 6 minus Rarity and Twi, Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle.

 

System Harmonia: the robot built by Loulou meant to simulate the Elements of Harmony.

 

 

 

The general plot:

 

 

When Toodles goes missing, Loulou discovers a hidden part of Equestria whilst in search for her assistant. Entering the Everfree Forest, she finds the secrets of the past through Zecora, the Castle of the Two Sisters and the diary kept by the Mane 6. Building a robot that will hopefully simulate the effect of the Elements of Harmony, will Loulou restore Equestria to the way it was before, or will she be defeated just like the other rebels? Is the old Equestria really the best for the ponies of Equestria?

I'll throw my chainaxe in with you. This has the premise to be as mind blowing and original as the Dornian Heresy. Now that was a true masterpiece on Bolter and Chainsword.
