In the end of Call Of The Cutie, have Cheerlee apologize to not scolding Diamond Tiara & Silver Spoon when they were bullying Applebloom right in front of her. Cheerlee could even be at the party (if she wasn't already. I can't remember).

 

Cheerlee was rather OOC in that one! The "Mean Fillies" (as I call Diamond & Silver) can still be bully characters afterwards, just not when Cheerlee's around.
