Quite possibly the greatest video ever made by a Brony

The other day I was browsing the interwebs when I stumbled upon this Godsend of a video.

 

 

As much a I like It though, it left me extremely confused. I couldn't help but feel like there ought to be some kind of deeper meaning to what happened in the video but it seems to pose more questions then it answers. What were all those floaty orbs of light the mane six were following? (The Will o' The Wisp maybe??) What was up with that glowing thing on the pedestal? Why was there a giant stone structure out in the middle of a forest? What did that glowing orb do to Fluttershy when she touched it? How did they all get teleported back to Twilight's library? What were they all doing in the middle of a random forest in the first place?

 

Fortunately, after watching this video 20+ times and analyzing it to no end, I've come up with my own theory about it. I think it might have all been a dream. Notice at the end of the video that a book seemingly appears out of nowhere. I think flutters might have fallen asleep in Twilight's library, reading that book, and then dreamed she was in the world of the book. It's kind of like if you watched a bunch of MLP episodes before going to bed at night and then dreamed you were in Equestria. Same basic idea. However, even that interpretation isn't perfect and raises a few questions of it's own. For example, what were the mane six all doing at Twilight's library? And how could Flutters have known the other five were there if she was asleep?

 

What do you think this video is all about????? Maybe there's some other angle you could look at this from that I didn't think of. So go ahead. Please feel free to share what you thought of it and speculate away.

In the description it said that it complements "Fluttershy's Dream." Though I think he just means it's just another video just for pony sake.

 

 

I think Fluttershy's Dream is the dream Fluttershy was having under Discord's spell and she mistaken the mane five are after her to hurt her but are trying to get her out of the Discord spell as you can notice Twilight was using that spell that disabled Discord's curse.

 

What's interesting though on 4:23 of The Walk, that book Fluttershy was reading was the one Twilight Sparkle was reading about Celestia and Luna beginning story.

 

 

I could say that The Walk could be reference to the mane six finding the Elements of Harmony via that book and they were reading it together and Fluttershy gets a revelation to where it's at.... but take it however you wish.

Beautiful.  Gorgeous.  Awe inspiring.

 

No way was it just a dream, though.  The other five were standing in exactly the same positions in the library, and looked as though their streams of conciousness were uninterrupted.  I suppose it's possible they were all in the dream together, perhaps by Luna's doing, but I doubt it, as the others looked they were already awake in the library.  Beside, how would you account for Fluttershy being levitated by that book or whatever?  I think they were really there.  I think it was all real.  But what any of it is or means, I have no idea.  But it was just so beautiful.  I want this to be a real episode.

Amazing, isn't it?  It's just so imaginitive.  I could stare at this picture for an hour, just imagining the story that's happening.

 

(Oh yes, and Rarity's mane always looks terrible in SFM.)

Ooo, I like that idea.  I'm adopting that as my headcanon.
