How would a human be if he/she were raised by ponies in Equestria?

We have a canon portal to another reality in the show. So I figured instead of the EQG world, why not our world for now? I'm talking about an infant being raised by ponies if this child was left behind and they couldn't return the child. You think ponies would be fearful of this human? Would the human try to comically act like a horse? Just so many factors.

It would act no different to any pony else in equestria, it would know no different

Spike was raised by ponies but oddly still acts like a dragon most of the time, just a more civilized dragon.

 

I would think a human would walk on four legs and wouldn't know how to use his hands to the extent people use it, would only use them to the point a pony could use their hooves.

If Twilight were the one doing this and if it is after the EQG movie then I believe the baby would be totally fine. If not then everypony would probably be in a stupor on what to do, but Spike would have some input A: because he is technically in the same boat and B: he has hands basically.

Like Tarzan, you are the environment. So it be weird to imagine a human being acting like a horse. But then again this is a cartoon and there are bipedal animals in this series, so the rules can be bent.
