How should I do my makeup for my Princess Luna costume?

I'm gonna be Princess Luna for Halloween and I need to decide how I'll do my makeup. Any suggestions? Obviously it would be best for it to be blue. (Good thing I look good with blue eye shadow. ^^) I don't really know much about makeup because I hardly ever wear it, so nothing too hard. I don't know how to apply liquid eyeliner or fake eyelashes.

Dark blue eye liner and dye your hair a lighter blue. Try to add some glitter into it for that "sparkle" her mane seems to have. I think there's a few tutorials on how to do Princess Luna on youtube, too.

There's more to it than eyeliner. Why would I dye my hair light blue? Her hair isn't light blue anymore. I already bought a wig that's the same color as her hair.

I would say go with thin eyeliner on the top, maybe small wings on the tips. Use dark blue and white eyeshadow, dark blue on the outercorners and white on the inner corners and blend it together in the middle! Make sure you have q-tips around in case you get any eyeshadow residue on your face. (trust me it happens!)
Mascara will really put it together, trust me! Multiple layers for maximum volume, just try not to let it clump! If it does, try and seperate the lashes with a toothpick! As for other makeup, try not to overdue it anywhere else on your face, her focus should probably be the eyes, but a thin layer of maybe a nude/shiny lipgloss and a bit of foundation to cover any blemishes if you have it!

Okay, I'll try that tomorrow and see how it turns out. :)

good luck! If you haven't done much makeup before, I suggest watching a few youtube tutorials too! It really helped me when I first started with makeup!

I know how to apply it. I just can't do anything hard.

I don't know much about make up, so I simply just put things for hair and your eyes. I said lighter blue, I just meant lighter than what you'd do your eyes.

Good luck with it.

Eye makeup also usually includes more than just eyeliner. Could you possibly have meant eye shadow?
