Basic Advice Wanted

Hey, everypony. I'm a music composer, but being the brony that I am who actually wanted to participate in the fandom, I made a Tumblr blog. I know my drawing isn't very good, but I want it to get better so that it's at least passable. Can someone take a look at it and offer some (basic) suggestions? I know I'm a novice (if even), so novice tips here, please.
