Chain looked stressed out about something as he was sitting in the room with the one he was supposed to marry in three days. Chain finally got the nerve to stand up from the bed "I...cant do this anymore. There is nothing wrong with you but I cant do this and let my parents control my life like this anymore. I'm going to my home...you don't even know where it is so its a hiding spot for sure. If you want to know anything more, my parents are in the floor above us, probably listening to this right now. Again this is because I cant do this, its nothing about you" he runs out of the hotel room they were staying in, leaving the mare behind to go to his home in Ponyville. Meanwhile the parents did hear upstairs and were pissed at there son "Celestia why does he have to be so denying after all the things we did for him" his father complained as the two left the room to go downstairs to see Sparkle.

Sparkle was sitting in the room worrying about Chain and how his parents would react when he wasn't there. She was shaking with nervousness what would she say to them if they asked. Did they already know? After all she had heard eight hooves on the stairs. Who else would be walking down them at this time? The answer nopony, it had to be his parents

Sparkle hesitated "uh...uhhh Chain's not here at the moment... He just ummm.... Left for a while... I guess... " she quickly scribbled something down on a note and wrote Chain's signature underneath it. She understood everything Chain was going through. She had been in relationships that she didn't particularly enjoy. This being one of them. "I'm... Unlocking the door...okay?" Sparkle said fumbling around for her key "shouldn't take less than a minute.... I think" eventually she found it and pushed it under the door. "It's locked from outside I'm like trapped in here..." She said looking for somewhere to hide

Sparkle was shaking as she got out from underneath the bed and stood up " I...I don't know where Chain went okay? He just yelled something about not letting you control him and that there's nothing wrong with me and then he left... Where he's going I don't know. He never said that part. " she was still shaking whilst she was telling Chain's dad everything she knew

He always does this, tells us were unfair controlling monsters when were just trying to help him in his life" the father sighs as if he didn't do all the things his child said "there is no need to cry, we just wanted the best for you both but hes making it hard" he puts his hoof around Sparkle "what do you say we make it better, for him to get to know you because we know you just want to be loved but we cannot make him love a pony" Chains father sighs as he knows what he has to do now "so lets give you sometime and if Chain says yes after that time, you will be wed no questions" he stuck his hoof out "we have a deal?"

Sparkle shook his hoof " okay then but... Don't tell my dad I've been crying. I don't want Chain to get hurt... And my dad has this attack now ask later policy. Ask my last coltfriend about it. If the hospital are willing to let you see him. Just tell them I sent you. But I digress " She said wiping away her tears

"of course...just don't do anything stupid again" the parents leave and Chain sits on his bed "so what did they tell you?"

"Not much... Just about... Well " Sparkle began to whisper "the umm... Wedding" she said sheepishly she even looked nervous "don't tell my dad about what you did. He'll literally kill you. And mabye me for letting you." Sparkle said deciding to not make eye contact with Chain as she might start to cry again

Chain says then sighs "you know I'm sorry about running...guess I should just learn my place and love you"

Chain got up and walked over to Sparkle "don't cry, don't you dare cry" Chain talked to her with a passion "I know that your side to this isn't the 'bad' or 'good' side, neither is mine" Chain said hoping to cheer her up as seeing her like this was killing him "there is nothing you need to be sad about because we all need love but it's not falling down out of nowhere. Please, I can't stand sad friends...lets do something, what makes you happy? With a cost limit of 100 bits" he answered in a serious manner then looked at her again "that was a joke" it wasn't

"Well... My family consists of me my two sisters, my mom and my dad so my family is mainly female orientated . I'm currently the only female pegasus in my family and I'm proud of it. My Sister, the older one. Is about twenty and never talks. My younger Sister is right and a blank flank. And I'm 18 soon to be 19 with well... Me. I guess... There's not much to me..."

"your really young...well its not all bad, you can experience more with the freedom you have now" he smiles "I mean I would gladly take you to different places to have you come out of your shell...to bad I carry my greed from my parents so I'd be thinking about money to much" his smile fades "anyway, my family is only my parents that I know of because we never take trips to relatives" Chain said then thought about his friends and thought only one was worth talking "My friend Banner on the other hand is a total freak when it comes to weapons, she goes out to kill monsters with telling me, she 'borrows' my weapons from time to time, she is always getting on my nerves, and has a bit of a drinking problem" Chain chuckles "don't worry, she has a wonderful heart for ponies though...even some monsters that know what there doing. Friends can be like brothers or sisters and if I had a sister, I'd think it would be the same sort of relationship"

" probably... Sisters are close extremely close. Not so close that we're all over each other. But close enough that when one of my sisters has trouble with their other half, they don't literally have other halves I'm talking about relationship wise, " Sparkle smiled slightly "well let's just say we know what to do and leave it at that... " she blushed like she was hiding something embarrassing and really didn't want to tell it

The next day Chain wakes up early ready to open his shop...well he woke up early and forgot there was no store to open, so he decided to start plans while Sparkle slept. He was sure he would be done planning when she was awake.

The next day Chain wakes up early ready to open his shop...well he woke up early and forgot there was no store to open, so he decided to start plans while Sparkle slept. He was sure he would be done planning when she was awake.

Sparkle began to slowly wake up as Chain moved away taking his body heat away with him. She moaned slightly and curled up into a ball trying to keep herself warm for as long as she was asleep. Eventually she woke up and looked around slightly she was still tired so she didn't get out of bed she just lay there watching Chain

Chain asks then is interrupted by a knock on the door. He answers it and his parents are there "good news, you have five days till the wedding starting now...hey its expensive to move far away from the date, they said that this option would make no extra cost" "cheapskate" he mumbles under his breath "just wanted to let you know till it all happens" Chain closes the door in his face and walks back to Sparkle "my parents are wonderful at spending the minimum amount it takes...the big wedding is just for show and publicity for them by the way" he frowns "so do you want to have the breakfast? I'm buying"
