Cresents dreams started...well...it was a place no matter what he would do could not get out of his head.

 

Ash was falling around him, he was standing in what looked like an old frame of a house he knew once. It seemed to snow as well, that or the ash was still in the air cresent couldn't tell. Following the path from his used to be bedroom to the use to be living room he found a pony on the ground facing away from him. He trotted closely to the boddy.

 

Sparkel could feel the batponys body shaking a little while asleep in her own dream, she didn't notice it too much tho

 

'uh..mister...are you ok' the very younger cresent said to the pony on the ground. The ponys coat was dirty, the cuti mark covered in burns and then Its head turned towards the batpony A skull still on fire yet could still see the muscles moving a sickening voice was herd "Cresssseennnntttttttt"

 

The bat cried out in shock ponys eye's flung open wings raised and he found himself standing in a defense stance and somehow without his knowledge hovering. Seeing Sparkels look of confusion and a little terror he glided back down off the bed he was quit for a bit 

 

"sorry...j-just...a bad dream" he said looking at the ground embaressed, he didn't realize he was shaking

"C'mon I know the perfect thing for nightmares, hot chocolate! " Sparkle turned the light on and opened the door. "Let's go. There should be some in the cupboards. I always keep chocolate milk, Chocolate powder, chocolate anything really! I like chocolate okay?"

cresent was taken back with that response and a little confused "hot chocolate? Didn't know its used for that aside from cold nights" the bat pony said following sparkel. He was still having his blood running like a race pony "I haven't had that in a while. I didn't mean to wake you like that.. Just" he wondered how he could explain without explaining

"Just what?" Sparkle said confused opening the cupboard and taking the lid off the tin. She boiled the kettle and turned back to Crescent. "Okay then tell me what happened. Are you secretly insane? " She took a bar of chocolate from the cupboard (which was filled with chocolate related products) and took a bite from it

@@The Pixelated Pony, Cresent smiled at the sanity question "sanity has nothing to do with it. just..." he breathed out She cared for him a lot leaving her in the dark felt extremely rude.  "You know sometimes batponys get hunted right.....well" It was still hard to get thro it. He decided to sit at the table trying to be calm

 

"That happened to my older bro when I was a colt. We were caught in a fire, he saved me during it but....well it" gulping back tears of anger mixed with sorrow "The basterd still got him" (note PG13 style of cussing don't want the mods pissed)

"Luna says not to get revenge.......but its hard not to give in to that you know?"

I know how it feels to be different. I have a massive wing span... Abnormal you could say... " Sparkle gave Crescent a hug with her front hooves and her wings

@@The Pixelated Pony, Cresent felt the hug, he snuggeled closer to her, he was trying not to ball with her doing that. It did help fight the tears back, melting into the warmth of the hug Sparkel could feel slight tears coming from the bat pony's eyes as he rested his head on her shoulder.

 

"thanks just....do me  favor and" he sniffled a bit trying to clear his throat "don't tell other pony's about...well my brother...." It was his turn to hug her close. "I don't want to loose you"

"You won't lose me Crescent, you've been through too much already." Sparkle gave him a small kiss on the top of his head. "Don't worry Crescent " The kettle finished boiling and she picked it up with one of her wings and began to pour the chocolatey fluid into a couple of mugs

Cresent heart leapt at the kiss on the forhead calming him down some more with no known reason he responded with a kiss to her cheek "thanks" he said. After the mug was filled he used one of his wings to drink with the mug. There was a slight pause between the two pony's as they sipped there drinks, which was making Cresent feel better.

 

"I didn't know coco would help with these things. home remedy or grew up on it?"he asked the mare trying to get things in a lighter mood now

" I created it myself if that's what you mean. Do you want any sugar in that? " Sparkle said putting several spoonfuls of sugar "whaat? I like my drinks sweet. " she took another gulp and shivered. "Wowiezowy. Too much sugar." She went back to drinking it sticking her muzzle straight into the mug getting it stuck.

cresent laughed at the mare sudden sugar rush "nothing wrong with sweet drinks ill just add that to my list of goodies for you" he said scooping some sugar in himself. taken more of the drink then he saw the mare get the mug stuck too her snout...it was harder not to laugh with a mothfull of hot coco. He swallowed it down let out the laugh he then said "need a hoof with the drink there?"

Sparkle coughed a few times and nodded. "Sorry about that " she said looking at Crescent "thanks for helping me though. Drowning in chocolate isn't the way I want to die simply because well... I don't wanna die yet! " She wiped her mouth around with a cloth as it was coloured brown

cresent smiled "Discord isn't near so I don't think we need to worry about death by crocket, besides" crescent said helping Sparkle clean the coco from her face by dabbing a napkin "your not dying on me, your too pretty for that" It felt like his turn to kiss the forehead this time. "you good now?"

C'mon let's get back to bed I'm really tired" She yawned and almost fell asleep "let's go" she said dragging Crescent up the stairs and into the bedroom. She didn't get into bed in time as she fell asleep standing up still holding Crescent

Sparkle drempt that her coltfriend was back and this time as Crescent kissed her she felt that again she was with him again so she began to nuzzle her way underneath Crescent's hoof and there she stayed listening to his steady breathing and heart beat.

cresent raised an eybrow "eager? How is patching me up eager?" He asked. The batpony realized the mares embersement. Feeling a little bad a thought crossed his mind "want me to make us breakfast I know how yo make a good omlet there good after a long night"

"true but I got a smile and you haven't slapped me yet" said cresent smilling at the mare. looking at the cealing with her an idea poped up "you know we probably should eat something, want to try pasta for breakfast? I know a close pasta shop. No meat and yet still a good start for the day" he said

"Okay. Pasta sounds good " Sparkle said smiling "but before we eat we should probably wash... I have a reputation around here... Considering that this is my house... No on the outside I'm the lonely insane college student... On the inside I am the lonely college student"
