" sorry... I need to get to collage. I overslept... "Sparkle said getting up. " I don't suppose you could take me there? " she looked at him with puppy dog eyes. "Please? I'm not allowed to drive on public roads..." She cocked her head like a dog to seem extra cute and needey

cresent smiled "aside from the driving you did before hoof" he joked laughing a bit "no problem" he looked at james still asleep "he, she, um...going to be alright?" the bat pony nudged the sleeping James with his hoof. Cresent shrugged and led Sparkle outside glad that it was dark out and the sky was clear. Once in the car he looked in the seat behind him wondering if he should tell her about the window pane or not...another day he thought to himself "so my lady how do we get there" cresent said driving the car out of the woods

Cresent perked up at the kiss on the cheek, he turned towards the mare kissing her cheek in return grining calmly "thanks....I know todays was ruff in more ways then one. You know where to find me if anything comes up" he stood out of the car calmly trotting back. After a bit of walking he turned around shadowing Sparkel. Being a batpony even with a wing in a sling and orange hair all learn how to blend into the shadows.

 

He only shadowed her do to how he remembered her saying at breakfast she's practically a princess in sense of the word in terms of relations between the Soc's and the Greser's. Seeing no pony's near or around her calmed him but he was still ready for anything as he still had his gauntlet with him. Seeing Sparkle enter the collage with no incidents he decided he would head back to the tree house.

 

Getting to the treehouse seemed longer without flying although he knew the shortcut to his place from ponyvile. He made sure on his way he stayed to the shadows. He noticed a slightly more police pony's once he neared the foresee most converging on the fog trap area. Sticking to the shadows was easy as far as he could tell none of them had night vision seeing pony's with cleaning tools, auto repair and an ambulance or two made him very cautious. He then noticed two cops standing in the center looking at the 3 cars piled up. He didn't see any body bags thankfully but he also noticed camera's flashing here and there...he had to be carful.

 

"So let me get this straight a task force follows a cider runner in here and suddenly got fogged up by something, causing this mess and then they all swear on the cuti marks they herd a 'spirit' tell them to go back and after they untangle themselves they all leave? oh and to top it off one is MIA....picked a hell of a day to stop smoking"

 

"oh c'mon chief, at least no pony got hurt" said one of the cleaners over hearing his boss

 

"and next you'll be saying Luna is still nightmare-" began the one in the center but was instantly hushed by the other cops. That was defiantly new for cresent seeing. He knew sompony's had a difficult time accepting Luna isn't in the moon but to have that degree of paranoia? He shrugged and slowly slunk back into the shadows thinking up ways to hid his traps better once at the tree house

"Next time get a mare friend!" She said kicking him over and over angry at what he had just done to her.

Cresent followed the changeling tacking one last look at Sparkle sitting down. He went forward and caught up to James/Jane. "so before the fiasco that happened today, me and sparkle were wondering if there's a way to stop the fighting peacefully between the soc and greaser's. know how the whole thing started with them?"  he said
