BalanceBrony 259 October 28, 2013 Share October 28, 2013 People keep complaining that a flaw with the theory is Luna controlling the changeling army. What if she didn't sway them, deceive them or control them. What if they are Luna's subjects? The changelings do have equine traits, maybe they are just a different kind of pony alongside earth, unicorn, pegasai & crystal. And perhaps this wasn't only Luna's plan. What if Luna wasn't doing this out of sinister intentions? What if this was all a test? What if Celestia was in on the whole thing? Maybe that's how she lost; on purpose. They may have all been one big test for Twilight sparkle, Cadence and Shining Armor, the newest members of Equestria's royalty, to see how they would act if the Princess were to fall. Cadence, Armor, Twi and the rest of Canterlot may no have been in any real danger. That could explain the raising of the shield, the ineffectiveness or near total absence of the Canterlot guard. So, what you are basically saying is this: My friend, that makes far more sense than anything else which has been stated on this thread. It all goes back to Trollestia...
LunarEclipse1 22 January 20, 2014 Share January 20, 2014 I definitely believe this. It all makes sense, and I have heard this before as well as seen videos about it. If you compare the story of MLP to Tolkien's The Silmarillion, it all makes sense. In Tolkien's book, there was a group of angels known as the valor, and one among them was the spirit of all darkness, causing chaos. This one was banished for eons, but was eventually freed, and came back to live with the valor, just like Luna coming back from being Nightmare Moon. But that one dark angel was never truly reformed: he feigned being good, and when he had gained trust, he betrayed the others and attempted to steal the light of the world, just like Chrysalis stealing love. One had to be powerful, with knowledge of Canterlot and its mines, as well as a shape-shifter, to pull this all off. And Princess Luna fits all of this. She was never seen at the same time as Chrysalis, either. And, let me remind you, if the elements of harmony could really cure Luna, why did she have to be locked on the moon for a thousand years? This is all quite fishy... Want the full version with more evidence? Check out this page: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/mlpfim/discussions/0/810925398550692425/. It gives all the information, and it has convinced me. Also, watch on Youtube this from around 271/2 minutes on: It's basically the same as the writing, but it's totally convincing and a little freaky when you think about what could be built up from this. Yeah i know the first 20 times I watched it. It gave me some huge shivers man I never knew I could be scared of a pony until I watched that. I think it was the music that creeped me out. Should make creepy pasta oh wait thats already been done. I know, I watched it like 20 times in a row because it freaked me out so much at first. Kind of like Feels when you finally understand something. And that music really did add to it, especially at the end when they talk about her suddenly disappearing. *shivers*
