You need:

 

-TF2 (Duuh)

-steam (DUH!)

-Evolve (can be downloaded at evolvehq.com)

-a p2p tf2 account (No freebies allowed! People with less then 4 hats are ignored. see list of hats that does not Count below)

-A minimum of 1 unique-quality weapon in every slot for each class (for example one syringe gun, one medigun, one bonesaw. NOT the stocks.)

We will be playing on tournament mode as well (AKA time-attack controlpoint games/ Payload games, etc)

 

 

 

Here's the list of items that do not Count towards the hat-list.

 

-Gibus of any kind (Am i clear enough?)

-Pyrovision goggles (doesn't matter if you have the vintage or the rewards)

-Professor speks (Strange speks are fine, however. there's a Chemistry kit that requires a bunch of p2p-grade items)

-Monoculus (achievement item)

-HHH's Head (achievement item)

Are you trying to make some sort of pub competitive team? Like, I'm confused why you're asking for 17 people. Also, the gibus is the best hat hands down. But if you wanna add me I'm game. I have about 800+ hours and my bp is fine. (I do a lot of comp so if I don't respond I'm probably in a lobby or pug)
