Cool! looks impressive, but it's probably a good idea to post a brighter picture.

 

I haven't seen any of the saw movies...

First I made the shape of the head with

 

 

 

 

 

Then I took alot of small pieces of

 

 

 

 

And make ALOT of layers on the mask of it and then on top of that

 

 

 

 

Doing the same thing. Both totally covered in

 

 

To make them glued to the playdoh

 

 

Then you just need

 

 

 

 

Then wait for it to dry and then remove the mask from the playdoh. (I also used some layer of a plastic thingy between the newspaper layers and the thin paper layers to make the mask better.)
