request Vector for me please?

Hi! I was wondering if one of you could vector this piece of art that I drew of Sunset Shimmer on a DeLorean? I'd greatly appreciate it if you did! Also, one more thing, could you add the clock tower in the background? Please don't just copy and paste the vector into the background because that looks cheesy. I'd like for it to be somewhat matching.
