I want to start writing a comic and need help with a few things.

I have a few characters made and i don't know what to do now. I want more characters and I don't want to use many characters from the show.  But, even though I have some what of an idea to go off of, I need people that will help. I would need a small team of about 6 people. There will be no compensation for helping.  I might record the comics later, so, depending on what you consider compensation, that could be compensation for you. I wish I could say otherwise, but I don't have much else. I have some of the characters I would like to use and where I want is to take place.  I looked at your idea for a comic strip and I was planing on doing it about background characters also. I would love to work with you on some ideas. I look forward to hearing from.
