Lovely looked away from Six. She was still frowning, "then trying telling Eris that." Lovely then noticed Splinter sitting on a bench, he looked horribly sad. "It's Splinter. He looks really upset." Lovely guided Six over to him, "Splinter what's wrong?"

 

Eris shook his head in agreement. "Well, what would you like to know?"

 

"Now Im sure you are used to mares falling head over heels to please your every wish. I want to reinforce what you probably already know, Im not going to be like that."

"Six, don't be so insensitive." Lovely faced Splinter, "oh you poor thing." She hugged him and rubbed his back as he spoke, on the verge of tears. "I know life can seem difficult sometimes, but I promise you things will look up." Lovely said with a smile. Lovely nodded her head as Splinter requested to speak to Six alone. The two left Lovely sitting on the bench

 

Eris laughed heartily, "no worries, I never took you for that kind of mare anyway. You're clearly a lady. I knew it since I first laid eyes on you." Eris was smiling, he looked really cute in the sunlight.

Cherished winked at Six and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. "Anypony want one?" She said as she lit one up. "No thanks." Lovely replied. "Good girl! Don't ever smoke! It's horrible for you." Lovely smiled a little, still looking rather sad. "What's wrong kid?" "Oh, it's nothing. Well, last night I caught Eris with a mare in our house." "And?" "A mare his age in our home, at night!" Jade rolled over in his bed. He had to admit, this Cherished mare had excellent taste in candles. After he cleaned up and put away the candles from last night, he decided to light one and keep it on his nightstand. Judging by the now-hardened puddle of wax on the table, Jade had evidentally forgotten to put it out before he fell asleep. Jade swore to himself for his oversight and look at the alarm clock. 9:15 AM. Cool. Jade rested his head back on the pillow.

 

...'Oh buck, class starts in half-an-hour!' Jade jumped out of bed, and in a flurry of telekinesis assembled his school uniform jacket, brushed his mane, and assembled his school supplies. Once everything was in order, he grabbed a banana off the counter and bolted out the door.

Lovely spotted a friend of hers from across the street, "I'll be right back, just gotta go say hi." Lovely dashed off. "Do stallions always lie to their female friends?" Cherished asked once Lovely wouldn't be able to hear them anymore.
