After walking off, Bobby decided to do something to take his mind off things. He went back to his dorm, changed into shorts and another t-shirt, put on his boxing wraps, and headed down to the gym. Bobby then began to work over the punching bag, focusing entirely on it.

Ray walked up the stairs to the trinity tower. That was were their office was located "Bloody hell, that fight wasn't even worth the shit storm of paperwork" Muttered Ray as he walked up. But the thought og being alone, and isolated from everyone in a huge tower brought a smile to his face as he continued climbing the stairs

@@Love Doctor Blaze,

After some time with the punching bag, Bobby figured it would be time for a real workout.

He headed over to the Trinity Four office and found Ray coming up the stairs.

"Hey, Ray," said Bobby. "Are you up for a little sparring? It's been too long since I really got some practice."

@@crispy fries,

Mackenzie was happy that the pest had finally given up, though, she felt come kind of guilt for causing someone so sincerely kind to act this way. She pushed the feeling down.

'No, you want this' she insisted.

Deciding that there was no more need for her to stay around, she decided to leave the courtyard. She had upheld her end of the bargain by telling Mary her 'problem', there was no more reason for her to be around.

The sting of defeat still fresh, she had a sense of frustration burning within her, lamenting about all the ways she could have ended the fight in victory.

Deciding to take it out through training, she walked to the underground training grounds. As she recalled, the school had a cave underneath expanded by dimensional magic to create a larger space. It was for private training.

Ray groaned at Bobby's arrival "Just when i thought i could be alone" Muttered ray. He looked  Bobby in the eyes "You want to challenge me? That sure is tempting, but as you see here" He lifted the stack of papers "Because of two certain members, i'm going to be occupied for the next hours or so, and when i'm done there i probably wont be in the mood for a fight" He leaned back, popping his back as he yawned. His cape was hanging limply to his side

"Ah, you don't have to worry about that, Ray. Tell you what, if you practice with me, I'll get that paperwork done for you. I should probably be the one doing it anyways, since I'm in charge of making sure students follow the rules for the first half of the year."

"Well, it seems like the gym would be a good place for our little sparring match. The arena they got there is pretty nice," said Bobby.

Even if it was just sparring, it would still be difficult. Ray was no doubt powerful, but it would be a good chance to gauge his abilities.

Ray nodded "Alright, i know were that is" He got up from his chair and started walking down the stairs Hmm... I wonder if this guy is gullible? If so then this match will be won easily Turth be told, Ray wasn't interesed in winning the fight. He was interesed in two things. Testing out a new tactic and seeing the full extent of this guys abilities.

"Alright, let's go." Bobby turned and began walking back to the gym.

When he got there, Bobby cracked his neck and slipped on his brass knuckles as he stepped into the area. He then put his left leg and left shoulder back, and raised his arms in a proper left handed boxing stance. As a final touch, Bobby used his light magic to form armor around his head, chest, and arms.

"Victory, and loss..." Mary looked down at the floor and kicked at the pavement for a little. "Still, at least she knows we're there for her." Mary optimistically smiled, "I need to keep my head up though, and I can't let her not feel like a part of the team!" Mary did a sort of fist pump.

Mackenzie signed in at the training ground, her name clearly visible on the whiteboard outside. She turned to an empty wall and focused. She stretched her hand out, a purple glow engulfing it.

'If I want to beat an elemental, I'll have to learn to use these more proficiently...'

'One.'

This time, instead of dragon's head, a dragon skull materialised next to her, carved with glowing purple runes. A half second later, it opened it's maw to fire a blindingly white laser at the wall. It dissipated after.

'Two'

2 skulls materialised this time. Just like before, they opened their mouths to fire, dissipating after.

'Four'

'Eight'

The wall had a clear indent on it as the force of 8 lasers was focused at the same spot. The room shook. Mackenzie was panting by now, her left eye glowing slightly purple.

"Nine!"

9 skulls materialised around her. Once again, they opened their great maws to fire. The crack on the wall grew. The whole room shook.

"Ten!"

Mackenzie thrust her arm out with a cry, trying to summon her 'weapons' once more. They began materialising into existence. But alas, Mackenzie couldn't handle it. She collapsed onto a knee, her magic fizzling out together with her 'weapons'.

@@crispy fries,

Ray entered the hall. He let his chaos magic flow through him and made a light chest blate. He made his bow appear, and got into a fighting stance, or that's what Bobby saw. In reality that was all just an illusion performed by a clone, the real Ray was observing behind an illusion of pure air

Mary was walking to the library in the school when she saw, out of the corner of her eye, two people fighting in the practice area. She stopped to investigate the fight and found that it was Bobby and Ray, but Ray was also behind the ring. She paused for a second and sighed when she remembered Rays powers, "Welp, I've got nothing to do." She walks into the training room.

Bobby began to shuffle and weave around, while keeping focus on the illusion of Ray. He gave two quick jabs with his right hand, and a solid punch with his left, putting his guard back up immediately after. This was to probe Ray's, or rather the clone of Ray's defense.

(Is Ray actually in the arena?)

Ray made the clone jump back and start firing arrows, since this was a clone they would do no damage when they hit, but it still looked like real arrows. Hmm... Is he going to try and immobilize me, or break my defense? Thought Ray as he sat behind his illusion

Bobby's guard was already up when Ray's clone began firing arrows, causing them to bounce off the armor on his arms. To compensate for the distance between him an and the clone, Bobby lunged with his left fist, twisting his torso to put more power into the punch.

Bobby was taken off guard by a few of the arrows, but quickly put his guard back up.

'That didn't hurt as much as it should have,' he thought to himself. 'And how did he move that fast?'

Bobby was beginning to become suspicious that chaos magic was at work. He used his light magic to produce a blinding flash of light that filled most of the arena in an attempt to break Ray's focus.

"Well aren't you sneaky," he said. "Now, I hope you can square up face to face."

Ray gave a shark like grin as Bobby fell for his trap. The floor collapsed under them both, making them fall straight down. But Ray was prepared unlike Bobby, so he pointed his knife down and let gravity do its job. Or that was what Bobby would see, the real Ray was standing at the top with a bow aimed at him

"Can you keep it up?" he asked Ray after he coughed up blood.
