"Yes," Scarlet said with a giggle, "He spoke very well of you."

 

"No. Stop," Red whispers.

"really? He hasn't mentioned you before."Steady's confusion grew.

"Well, we just met last night," Scarlet explained, "We preformed together at the music hall."

[Twinight125 45]

Steady's eyes went wide. She turned to Red.

 

"You went to the music hall?"

[IvoryVinyl 48]

"Uh," Red hesitated smiling awkwardly, "Yes?"

"I'm guessing you two had a wonderful time then, without me..." Steady glanced them each with a hint of being hurt.

"Wait, you could have came," Red said defensively, "You just seemed busy with Nel."

[Twinight125 45]

"But you lied to me! You knew i was going with Nel but didn't bother to tell me you went somewhere with another mare!" Her eyes grew moist slowly.

"But... but..." Red stammered.

[Twinight125 45]

"I... I just wish you would have been honest but please tell me... Did anything happen?"

Scarlet moved towards Red.

"No, nothing at all," she answered with a laugh, "he was too--"

Red jammed a leg into Scarlet, cutting her short.

"hmm, alright... I think Red Nd I need to talk though, is it alright if you come back later?"

[IvoryVinyl 48]

"Actually, I was just leaving," Scarlet said, "I'll see you later, Red." Scarlet opened the door and left.

Steady smiled politely as Scarlet left but turned to Red once she was gone.

 

"Listen Red... Im sorry for the way I acted just now... I just felt like you couldn't trust me enought to be honest with me."

"I'm sorry," Red said, "I should have said something. I just didn't know what I was thinking."

"it's alright, and just so you know nothing happened between me and Nel either."

Red exhaled in belief. "Okay," he said with a smile.

Steady smiled softly as well and nuzzled his neck. "Let's not keep secrets from each other from now on okay? I promise to tell you anything you want to know."

"And I promise to tell you anything you want to know," Red said.

"In tht case... Who do you think is cuter?" Steady batted her eyes at him with a smile.

"You have to be joking," Red said, "I don't think you use a gallon of manespray everyday."

Steady couldnt help giggling at the comment. She then sat down on the bed with Red.

Red laughed with Steady, and finished off the tea he had.

"So do you have any plans today?"

"No, I do not," Red answered.
