The pony attacking Lock was barley able to dodge, taking a large cut to its shoulder. The two remaining backed up until they were right next to each other. The looked to the dead pony, saddened looks upon their faces.

The two remaining looked each other in the eyes, the suddenly hugged for a few moments. You could now realize that one was a mare while the other was a stallion. The one that had died was also a stallion, who appeared a bit larger that the other one. They both turned towards the egotist and charged him.

Vinyl jumped in front of the Egotist and was she tackled to the ground.

 

Acting quickly, fired an electric bolt from his horn, which connect with the vamponies, knocking them off of Vinyl.

 

"Killing them might be a bit hasty," Egotist warned Lockhart. "Detain and seperate them, they are too dangerous together."

They both got back up, wounded by the magic now. They both dashed towards Ego again more recklessly.

The stallion hit the floor and watched helplessly at the mare, unable to get up yet. The mare dashed at Ego, unaware the the stallion had dissapeared

Again, the Egotist struck her with lightning from his horn.

 

"Do you wish to die again?" he asked them. "I am trying to have these ponies keep you alive, but you are making a very weak case for that."

 

(Psst. Shadow, Vinyl is still on the ground and near the mare vampony...)

The mare did not believe Ego, she attempted to tackle him and bite into his neck.

 

The stallion was struggling to his hooves, severely weakened, but not dead.

The stallion pushed up from lock and attempted to bite him, it began to become a kill or be killed situation now.

Once again the vampony's fangs connected with the high collar of the suit. She sat there gnawing away for a bit before the Egotist shoved her off.

 

"See? I didn't kill you," he said. "I could have, but I didn't. Oh, and you're starting to repeat yourself, I'm still wearing my suit. It's made of pretty strong stuff."

(Someone kill them both already!)

 

The pony backed up before noticing Vinyl and attempted to charge her, jumping onto her and attempting to bite her.

 

(What about Vinyl?!)

 

Omega sat from a cloud and watched, irritated. He did not get why they would not just kill the ponies already.

The pony did not see the beam coming and took it to the chest, blasting the pony. It stumbled around a bit before collapsing to the ground, seemingly dead.

In his anger he didn't notice Vinyl's assailant.

"VINYL!" shrieked Octavia who had just returned from checking on Sam. She pulled out her bow (the musical one) and ran it into the vampony, piercing the heart in her anger.

 

The Egotist spun around.

 

"Oh god, oh god," he said stunned at his own idiocy.

How did I let this happen? he thought.
