Fire started to feel better, but the poison in him was still stopping him from healing properly. He cringed a bit at a sudden wave of pain.

 

"The poison should go away soon, after that he should be fine" Shadow said inspection Fire.

midnight nodded, he didnt hold anything against fire for biting him, he was a bit worried

Shadow looked to midnight "You should get some sleep." he said as he started back towards his couch.

midnight nodded and yawned, "probibly best." he smiled looked at fire then found a comfortable spot on the ground and fell asleep

Shadow sat in the chair in hope to find the sleep that never found him. Something always kept him up.

It was now day, since Shadow never fell asleep he was the first one up.

His growing hunger started to irritate him. But he hated to drink from a bag, it disgusted him, in fact he almost couldn't do it most of the time. It always had to be from a live pony. He tried to flush the thoughts of infecting another pony or possibly killing one out from his mind but it was growing impossible now.

Midnight popped an eye openwatching shadow, he was also a bit worried about him, he looked paler then usual

Shadow stretched his wings out thinking about heading up to Cloudsdale. It started to twist his mind further, thinking about killing or hurting a pony.

midnight watched him windering if he should follow him or not, he wasnt tired at all,

Shadow kept thinking about the Discords Legion incident with Rain. It was really the only time he could say was generally happy, and now it was gone. He thought about taking of towards Cloudsdale, but started to try to stop himself.

midnight quickly shut his eye when shadow looked in his direction,

Shadow sat back down in his couch trying desperately not to go to Cloudsdale.

something tickles his nose and he sneezes

Shadow looked to the side to see Midnight, he was momentarily snapped out of his blood crazed mood "Hey Midnight" he said

midnight rubbed his nose, "cant stay asleep for long," he chuckled and shrugged

Shadow looked up to see it was almost morning everyone else sleeping for a hour more. "Yeah i suppose so." he said

planning to go somewhere?" midnight tilted his head

"I suppose i was" Shadow said with a chuckle

mind if i come along?" midnight streached, "i cant sleep."

"I think id rather have you stay actually" Shadow said. "Besides, i'm probably not going to leave anyways though"

midnight nodded "alright,"

(Got to go to bed really soon, like right now or something)

 

The sun started to rise and the night began to fade away.

 

Shadow sighed and laid back in his couch waiting for something to happen. "I'm having a bad feeling about today..." He muttered
