Jack was walking down the street towards “The Pixel Academy” It was a huge building that resembled a pixel computer. Pretty funny in his opinion. While walking, he had his usual headphones on, which were blasting some Lukas graham as he walked. He was playing a piano game on his phone, and he was getting really into it “Everyone Weeelcome, to my funeral. Everyone I know, better be waaasted!” Sang Jack as he continued to walk. His voice was not perfect, but it wasn’t bad either, so he only got some strange looks by the other people. A cold spring breeze sent a shiver down his spine, which made him snuggle himself more under the jacket.

 

He finally arrived at the school. First thing he did, was turn off the game, and then turn on some casual music that he could listen to while looking for someone… This year, the “Ultimate Duo” Contest was going to be held at the school, and while he normally didn’t give a shit about such events, this time around he was hyped. Not only was the prize money good. But he would become known world wide! Plus, he has always be interested in this girl. He have only heard rumors, but she was actually the only to ever match or beat his score in a game, so he figured that she was the player he needed.

 

And not to mention… Could she be the one to fill out the loneliness in his heart?

Crystal was walking towards a soda machine, getting pumped up for the tournament. She has entered many duo.. Many competitors fear her streaking win combo. At least 10 times that she had beaten someone but got bored because all she was doing, in her opinion, was wasting her time. All the competitors wanted was the money.. While she had no interest with the winning prize. This year was gonna be very interesting for her. This time, she wasn't competing against a newbie.. She was in for the duo of her life. Crystal sighed, putting in 50 cents into the soda machine and typing out the numbers for her drink. "F20.." The drink came clunking down to the hatch, available to spot it easily by her eyes. Picking up the drink, she opened it and started walking towards the tournament was held until.. She spotted someone she never interacted before. "Hey, Kid. Are you here for the competition or are you on the side lines?" Crystal asked, looking at him dead on.

Jack was slowly bopping his head to a laid back song, when he heard a girl calling out for him. He looked back at a surprisingly beautifull girl he has never seen before. A lot of the girls don't look too good in the academy because all they do is play games at home, and eat junk food without getting excersize. "Uhm... Yeah, i am actually. Excuse me, may i ask y-your name?" Said Jack slightly stuttering because girls weren't his strong suit

If you're on the sidelines then.. I must be thinking wrong.. Bah! Who do I care.. Oh. The names Crystal.. Crystal Arrowsmith.. What's your name kid?" She asked, looking at his headphones and back at him. "I can see you like music.. Cool.."

Jack's smile widened to a grin "Oh? Crystal... So you are the one who is getting close to my scores and even beating some of them... The name is Jack. Dunno if you have heard of me" His unsureness was suddenly gone as he took out his phone again "I have actually been looking for you Crystal. I have seen some very dangerous scores from you with a certain character, so i have full confidence that you'll kick some ass" Said Jack

Crystal sighed before looking at the students. "That sucks.. That game used to be no. 1 on that markets.. Everywhere I go.. There has to be 6 or 7!people playing that game.. Either cheering.. Raging.. Crying,, you get the ultimate point of this.. MOBA's? I heard they were copy righting the governments tax values and most popular games in history.. Including Supersmash.."

Crystal sighed, looking at her phone before putting it down. "That's what I heard from the government of the owned genre.. Maybe I'm hearing wrong or.. Eh.. Whatever. Anyway.. I'll go with one of my classics.. Sheik.." She said roughly towards him. Yes, this is her first time competing with a team mate this time.. She's a lone wolf! Why would she compete with him!?
