looking to start a podcast could use help

I wanna start a small podcast but need help doing so. From the recording to people helping as well. I'd appreciate any help any one has to give.

Are you familiar with recording a podcast, hosting it, etc? I mean do you know how to get s podcast onto iTunes and such?

 

Also what about that topic did you want to discuss.
