Joanne went down stairs and sat down on a couch with a sigh, she was tired and sitting down felt so good. She leaned back and sat like that, with her eyes closed, for a few moments. Then she got up with a sigh and walked to the kitchen. She was too tired to make something difficult but she could really use something warm right now. She looked in the fridge to see what they got and she found some tomatoes. She got an idea, she would make a nice and simple, sweet tomatoe soup. With sour cream and fresh basil. Swiftly she started to prepare it and a little while later the smell of fresh soup could be smelled all around the house.

Joanne went down stairs and sat down on a couch with a sigh, she was tired and sitting down felt so good. She leaned back and sat like that, with her eyes closed, for a few moments. Then she got up with a sigh and walked to the kitchen. She was too tired to make something difficult but she could really use something warm right now. The soup was ready, Joanne poured the soup in two bowls. Then she added a spoon of sour cream on top and gave it a little stir to create a cool effect. Then, as finishing touch, she added a little bit of fresh basil. It looked really good but she resisted the urge to eat already. She put the two bowls on a tray and walked upstairs again. "Dinner is served" she said when she entered Jack's room.

The soup was ready, Joanne poured the soup in two bowls. Then she added a spoon of sour cream on top and gave it a little stir to create a cool effect. Joanne stared at her soup, the bowl was almost empty now. She swirled the little bit of soup that was still left in her bowl around with her spoon and didn't know what to say. She glanced up at jack again and a little smile appeared around her lips. It was weird how she didn't mind the precense of this boy, maybe he wasn't such an asshole after all. Maye, just maybe, they could become real friends.

Jack couldn't help but silently chuckle for himself, when the irony of the situation hit him. To think that he would fall in love, and not enough with that, but it was someone he thought that he hated. "Thanks for the delicious soup, i appreciate it really" Said Jack with a genuine smile on his lips. He sunk further down into the blankets "I think that i need some sleep now, so thanks again. You might think that i am being sarcastic here but i seriously appreciate what you have done" Said Jack, as he made himself comfortable for sleep

Joanne felt her cheeks turn red, why was she blushing so all of a sudden? was it because she was happy that someone appreciates her or was it something else? why was she so confused, what was wrong with her? She looked away to hide her confusion and took Jack's bowl and her own and put them on the tray again. "that's alright, sleep is good when you're sick, and thanks, glad you appreciate it." she said with a smile. Then she opened the door "well, good night then, eeehm... I mean, see you tomorrow, or whatever." she said a bit akwardly. then she closed the door behind her and walked downstairs again to clean up.

Joanne had cleaned up everything and put it away where it belonged. Then she walked upstairs, opened her window and sat down, her back against the window framem, she looked outside as she light outside slowly started to fade. She smiled, a warm fuzzy feeling spread itself through her body even though it was pretty chilly outside. She shook her headm and smiled. Then she stared into the distance while letting her thoughts run. Slowly she felt herself getting more and more tired and when she felt her eyes getting heavy she walked to her bed, curled up inbetween the blankets and fell asleep.

Joanne woke up, she hadn't closed her window the night before so a soft but chilly breeze came into the room and made her shiver a little as she kicked the blankets away. She yawned, rubbed her eyes and stretched. Her stomach rumbled and she got up from bed, normally she would go make breakfast in the big kitchen downstairs but she felt lazy today and was too lazy to get all dressed already so she just walked around in her pejamas, jogging pants and an over sized shirt, and started to make herself some oatmeal with fresh fruit and yogurt.

Then jack started boiling water "tea sounds like a great idea, if you wouldn't mind it I could make rooibos tea with cinnamon, that's my favorite." she said "it's a tea from south africa, rooibos means red bush but ironically enough the bushes aren't really red. It has a really nice and warm taste, that's why I like it so much."
