Elias nodded "Pancakes with ice cream it is. Hope you like beer and energy drinks. That's all i currently own" Said Elias as they entered the building. Once they got inside his room, tons of ammunition was scattered over the table along with other weapon attachments and thinks like that,

Sue grinned "sounds delicious" she said "but energy drink for me please, I could use some right now" She said as she tried to hold back another yawn. Then she looked around Elias room, it was pretty messy. She had expected his place to be just as spotless as his outfits always were but appearently he cared more about his own looks as about his room. But Sue couldn't blame him, her own apartment wasn't exactly clean either.

Elias nodded "Alright. Energy drinks it is" Said Elias as he went to the kitchen. The kitchen was very standard for an apartment, the only weird thing being that there was chess pieces scattered around everywhere. He started whipping together some pancakes while thinking about his reunion with an old member of his previous team.

Elias nodded "Alright. Energy drinks it is" Said Elias as he went to the kitchen. The kitchen was very standard for an apartment, the only weird thing being that there was chess pieces scattered around everywhere. He started whipping together some pancakes while thinking about his reunion with an old member of his previous team.

 

Sue sat down in the living room, not exactly knowing what to do while she waited for elias to finish the food. She looked around a bit and found a chess piece on the ground. She started looking around to see if she could find all of them and started picking up the pieces one by one to clean up a bit and to give herself something to do.

The pan was heated, and Elias started making pancakes. He noticed her picking up his chess pieces "Sue, do you like chess?" Asked Elias casually as he held up a king piece. "People say that chess is a game that sharpens your strategic mind. Do you agree?" Asked Elias

Sue looked at elias and smiled "well, I do agree with you that it sharpens the strategic mind but that's why I don't like it. " she said as she picked up another piece and studied it "I know how to play it, my parents taught me it a long time ago but I haven't played it for ages."

He placed the piece on the chess board "If one was to compare a real battle to chess, they would have to play chess blind folded in order to get even a small idea of how it really is." Said Elias with a little smile, as he looked at the piece "But anyways, sorry about that. I will go make the pancakes before they burn down." Said Elias, his usual goofy character seemingly gone, as he acted more normal

Elias shook his head "Never said i agreed. Chess is nothing but a joke compared to real battles" Said Elias. He placed the piece on the chess board "If one was to compare a real battle to chess, they would have to play chess blind folded in order to get even a small idea of how it really is." Said Elias with a little smile, as he looked at the piece "But anyways, sorry about that. I will go make the pancakes before they burn down." Said Elias, his usual goofy character seemingly gone, as he acted more normal

Sue laughed dryly. "It's more strategic as I'll ever be" she said "and how are you supposed to play it blindfolded? Then you can't see your pieces and maybe you more the opponents pieces or, more likely, just screw up the board and drop all of the pieces. If would be a mess."

 

But then sue put all of the pieces she found so far on the board and closed her eyes while she tried to move the pieces without knocking over other pieces, which wasn't succesfull.

You don't have eagle vision over your troops, you can't be sure that they will obey your every order like in chess, and you can't be one hundred percent sure of their skill when performing their individual role." Said Elias, a heavy amount of experience on his back

Sue sighed "that's why I don't do strategies and shit." she said "look, if this was me" she grabbed the white.queen piece "and these were the enemies" she put the black pieces on the board "then I would simply do this" she grabbed the white queen and swiped all the black pieces from the board "it's all about who makes the first move, no advanced mathematics needed."

"Yup, not gonna change my mind" she said and smiled like she was really proud of it "but it can't be that bad, I'm still alive and that mean that it has worked so far." she rose from her chair and walked into the kitchen and sat on the counter top next to where elias was cooking. She sniffled "hmmmm. Smells good" she said.

"Yup, not gonna change my mind" she said and smiled like she was really proud of it "but it can't be that bad, I'm still alive and that mean that it has worked so far." she rose from her chair and walked into the kitchen and sat on the counter top next to where elias was cooking. Elias smiled "Of course. I am a PRO cook" Announced Elias proudly as he smacked a pancake in her face "Now eat ya crazy engineer" Said Elias with a laugh, as he continued cooking. "Ice cream is in the freezer by the way" Said Elias, as he grabbed a pancake for himself and ate it

Sue rolled her eyes "of course you're a pro cook, mr pancake with icecream" she said. Then she peeled the pancake from her face and stuck a piece in her mouth. Then she walked to the freezer to grab the icecream and an mischivious smile appeared on her face, suddenly she got an idea. She grabbed the frozen cold icecream container, and an icecube, and closed it again. being as unsuspicious as possible she walked towards Elias and then she made a sudden move and tried to put the ice cube into the back of his cape.

Unfortunately for Elias, her attack was successful and he was met with the cruel fate that was an ice cold ice cube down his back. With a girl like shriek he danced around, before he shook his cape making the cube fall down. He looked over at the offender "You know.. Pancakes, can be made to some deadly weapons" Said Elias with a crazed look in his face.

Unfortunately for Elias, her attack was successful and he was met with the cruel fate that was an ice cold ice cube down his back. With a girl like shriek he danced around, before he shook his cape making the cube fall down. He looked over at the offender "You know.. Pancakes, can be made to some deadly weapons" Said Elias with a crazed look in his face.

 

Sue broke down laughing when she saw elias dance around to get the ice cube out. Just when she had calmed down a little again and had whiped away a little tear in the corner of her eye she heard elias say that pancakes could be deadly weapons too and she broke down again, but still, the side of her that was kinda serious wondered if she had made a huge mistake. Still half laughing she whiped away another tear "what are you gonna do? Drown me in delicousness?" she asked with an unsteady voice of laughter, but she also looked around to know where she clould seek cover if needed.

Elias took the pancake in his hands, and added a shit ton of spices on it. He then looked at her, his red eyes where now activated allowing him to predict movements. "Ohh Suueeeee, open wideeee" Sang Elias as he approached her, his shadow casting a shroud of darkness over her

oh shit was the only thought that consisted in her head right now. he Was serious apearently, and a spicey pancake was the worst thing ever! she could Really not handle spicey things well. With his glowing red eyes he was kinda creepy now actually but she wasn't laughing anymore at least. she looked around trying to find an escape rout and decided that going left was the best idea, but with a fake manouvre to the right first of course.

Feints had no effect on the terrifying being which was Elias. He caught her with his hand, and with a smile that betrayed his sanity he shot his arm forward aiming for her mouth. His mind anticipating the cry of disgust which hopefully would grace his ears soon.

she hated to admit it but right now Sue was somewhat scared. She didn't know Elias like this at all! when he caught her she let out a small cry of surprise but she kept her head cool, or at least as much as possible, and tried to get away by delivering him a kick in his guts. She could have used her lightning but she didn't want to risk setting anything on fire, nor did she seriously want to hurt him.

Again, while Elias wasn't a god in martial arts, his ability to predict physical movement allowed him to spot the kick. However, he parried the kick with the hand that had the disgusting pancake, which resulted in it conviniently flying out the window. Elias got up, and looked out the window as the pancake flopped away and landed on some unfortunate souls face. He saluted "RIP comrade flip flop, you where a nobel pancake. May Lenin accept your soul" Said Elias, with a tear in his eye that looked real for a second.

She shook her head "I'm not gonna miss that Little piece of spice." she said as she noticed that Elias had went back to his normal self again. she walked over to the window too and saw an unfortunate bypasser pealing the pancake from his face which made her chuckle. then she got serious again and looked at elias "you just got really scary there for a moment." she said with a voice that was more serious as she was used to from herself.

It was playing a WW2 strategy game, which Elias seemed to be steamrolling as he half arsedly played. He was not used to company at all, so he did not see this as a weird thing to do.

Sue made herself a pancake and thankfully ate it, more followed and she watched as Elias played some kind of game. she couldn't help but chuckle soundless and whisped "weird" under her breath. she tried to folow what he was doing but she didn't understand it one bit, too much thinking and too little action.
