EqG Sunset Shimmer Mini not out yet?

I've searched TRU, Wal Mart, Target, all with no luck of finding her- though DJ and Flash are out. Target said she just hadn't been released yet, while TRU said stock hadn't yet been shipped from their warehouse. (Though asking Customer service said they had her in store stock)

Anyone know what's going on, if Sunny is out yet or not?

She has a DCPI (DPCI): 086-02-3326 ... Target has them somewhere whether the chain has actually released them is another story, especially considering the quality issues the minis have had, they may be in a high level discussion with their Hasbro rep and delaying the release of some of the figures along with replenishment stock.

 

This is just a guess, but since the play quality of the figures is yielding a higher volume of returns than Target is used to for the brand, and they do have a policy of 'YO WTF MANUFACTURER?', I would have expected then to do something like this.
