Shouldn't there be magic law enforcement after Starlight?

Starlight is in a parole program set by one of the rulers of Equestria, so why would she needed to be looked for?

Um... Hate to break it to you, but Equestria basically has few laws if any, as far as I'm aware at least. Their culture is (in my opinion) based on common sense and goodwill. If a bad deed has been performed, but then the culprit apologises and helps cleaning the mess, it's all water under the bridge. Twilight would have ended up in prison a long time ago otherwise.

 

We've seen countless times ponies or others break stuff and the like, but it was resolved peacefully. They're trying to approach their problems with a positive look, looking at the future, instead of being kept on the past, hell-bent on blaming and punishing. I find this to be a very beautiful lesson (even though it wouldn't work that well in our world as it currently is).
