Animating help?

I'm using flash player 8 and i try to export it to '.mov' as thats the better quility one but everytime i do it says 'go ot puplish change it to flash player 5' i did that try it again and the same error popped up. I tried googling it and everything i tried just didn't work does anyone know how to fix it? ;_;

Try to export through a different program, whilst keeping the same end location.
