What if we're playing a "Boy who cried wolf" on season 6?

As in, a lot of episodes this season have actually been good, but we're just saying their bad because it's season 6.

 

Do you think people are doing that? Or am I just dumb?

I don't really think so. Some of em've just been really hard for me to enjoy.

Doing my best to keep my own biases from painting a strawman of the opposition, some people just don't see Season 6 as being that good.  I'm personally of the crowd that thinks that the show's only been getting better, and it's my own opinion that people who believe this season was the weakest are either expecting too much from the show or are ignoring this season's strongest moments.

 

To answer your question, though, I don't see how this is a cry wolf scenario.  If you mean people are just saying "Season 6 is bad" because they want attention, I don't think that's the motivation behind the majority of the detractors.

From what I hear, there's a bunch of people who expected the show to be a certain way and were disappointed upon discovering the show was geared towards a different audience. I, for one, find the show smashing!
