Farah walked through the town, it was dark. when she was sure no one was around she climbed on top of a building and continued her way from roof to roof. eventually she could see the light of the mansion in the distance, she couldn't come any closer as this. she took the letter from her pocket and held it in her power, it barely cost her more effort since it was so light. time for her to test how far she could reach with this. she stretched her arm and along with that the paper went forward, held in an invicbile grip. she stretched it as far as she could, concentrated, and stretched a little further. she managed to reach the garden of the mansion and left the paper on one of the tables, she was sure he would find it there.

 

on the paper was this message: do whatever you have to do, if you think you can settle it without having to kill him then do so but if not then do not show any mercy, he doesn't deserve it.

 

Farah turned around again, on one side she felt as if a weight got lifted off her shoulders but in return, a weird feeling started to grow in her stomach.

The next morning, a guard ran towards Vladimir's office with the note in hand "SIR, THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE TABLE" He shouted. Vladimir grabbed the note, and read it. He understood. "Thank you. Tell Dimitri, Alesha and Alex to meet me in front of the task forces office in 30 minutes. Tell them to bring their melee weapons only." Said Vladimir. Before the guard could say anything, Vladimir dissappeared into the shadows and started moving towards the police building.

 

Vladimir stood with his strongest warriors and looked at the office. Dimitri, had the all seeing eye which allowed him to see what he wanted in that building "Our target is inside room X441. No living signs near him" He said. Vladimir nodded "Alright, thank you Dimitri. That was all. Alesha, Alexey follow me" Said Vladimir. Alesha and Alexey where in police uniforms, so they could pass right through the building without suspicion while Vladimir just sunk into the shadows. There was only one receptionist "Hello sirs, may i see your iden-" She was cu off by Alexey taking off his glasses and stare at her. Slowly, she fainted from the magic eyes. Alexey put on the glasses as they swiftly moved up to their target.

 

Vladimir already knew that he was going to have to be killed, and since she said no mercy. He would show no fucking mercy. They burst open the door, and Alesha instantly freezed his mouth. Removing any sign of sound he could make. Vladimir handled Alexey a camera to film the brutal torture that was about to come. If she was going to take a life, she had to take the responsibility for it as well. Vladimir took his two machetes into the ground where his shadown was and pinned him. Making him unable to move away. He then took Alexey's butterfly knife and approached him. The terror in his eyes could easily be seen, as Vladimir sunk his blade into his thigh. Then into his arm, then the foot, then the hand. He repeated until he was bleeding furiously. Just when it looked like he would die from blood loss, Vladimir took all the blood and inserted it back into him. This time, he took out each tooth, one by one. After that, hep pulled out each finger, one by one. When he bleeded a lot again, Vladimir repeated the process. Then he took out a lighter, and burned his eyes off and just when the poor guy thought he was done, Vladimir took out a drink, which he forced down his throat. The drink was a liquid metal rose, that would bloom once it came into contact with his blood. The effect was instant, as the rose grew slowly as it destroyed him from the inside until he died from a really painful death.

 

With his job done, He burned off the rest of the body and left the tape in Farah's office as he left.

The next day Farah casually walked to the headquarters. she was on time today and expected Rick to show up again but when he wasn't there she was suprised, Vladimir must have setteled this quicker as she expected. She walked to her office and found the tape there, she was suspicious to watch it but did it anyway, and regretted it. what she saw was horrible, she almost puked, but she forced herself to watch it till the end, this was her fault, she asked for this. wait, no, she didn't, she only asked him to do what he thought would be nessecary and this hadn't been necessary at all! of course, she had also said not to show mercy but did he really deserve This? he hadn't been that terrible of a person, had he? she let her head fall on her desk, this was not what she had wanted, but it was all her fault.

But what are you doing here exactly?" she asked with a much calmer voice this time.

"If you have nothing more to say then you can go." she simply said, she had enough of him and wanted to be alone. She was tired and started to get a headache.

Farah growled annoyed when the alarm started to ring, and even more annoyed when vladimir asked what was going on "how am I supposed to know? I'm in the same fucking room as you!" she said loud so that he could hear her above the sound of the alarm. Then Mark came in, at first he looked quite confused to vladimir but ignored him "Farah, appearently something major is going on in that old mansion in the forest" he said. "how do you know?" farah asked. "We got a panick phonecall from someone, it wasn't completely clear but something about a groop of people and a lotta monsters." he explained. Farah nodded this was major indeed "kay, go get Ashley, Stephan and Georg and tell them to be outside as soon as possible, then go and tell Rodger to ready the squads, we have to be able to move quickly and independently in the forest. Vladimir was about to ask if it was his mansion, but that thought got quickly dispelled since his men would probably call him instead of the task force. Plus, his mansion wasn't old. He took out his shot gun from the mini hell portal, and armed it "So, where are we going?" Asked Vlad

Farah turned around "you wanna come too?" she said as she strapped on her belt with her daggers "or do you ask this out of sheer curiosity?" "anyway, in the forest behind the city is an old, abandoned mansion. We already had the idea that there could be some monsters there but they never caused any trouble so we haven't done anything about it. But, now it's come to an emergency and we have to go there inmediately." she explained and opened the door to go downstairs "so, are you comming or what?"

Vladimir grinned "Hell yeah. I will just follow you then, lead the way" Said Vlad as he took out some gum from his pocket and started chewing it. He always liked to chew gum. He then took out his headphones and started listening to some music as they walked towards their mission.

Farah went down to the garage at the back of the building, the others were already there. Roger had prepared five squats and he looked slightly confused when vladimir also came. "Does he... Also need one?" he asked but farah shrugged "dunno, I have the feeling that he can manage it on his own but of course, I don't know his powers"

Vlad looked at the squads assembled before him "Just go in, i will make my own entrance. Just don't be alarmed when you see a fog... But do make sure to get the fuck out" He said, he looked over at Farah "Oh, and sweet heart. Please do me a favor and murder the big ones first. Last time we did that, a lot of my energy got used."

 

Farah narrowed her eyes "don't call me sweet heart." she said quietly but then she jumped on her squad and mentioned the others to follow her.

 

Within no time they had come close to the mansion and they stopped. "Kay, Ashley, what do you see?" she asked the girl who had the power of life which made her able to see all living things "ehm... I see a groop of people, about seven of them. Some are hurt but overall they seem okay. I also see a golem, three berserkers and a whirling cloud of what appear to be a lot of harpies and two griffins." she said with her eyes closed. "Holy shit, that's quite a lot" farah whispered. "Okay, what we're gonna do first is take down that golem while I make sure to keep the harpies away. George, you attack him while stephen distracts him. Understood?" she asked. All of them nodded "good, Ashley, you stay behind. Once we freed the people we're gonna need your healing power. Mark, you come once we're gonna deal with the harpies and untill then keep an eye on what's going on and keep me updated." mark and ashley nodded too. "Good, let's go!" she said and made her way to the mansion to bring her plan to action.

Farah and the two boys came close to the mansion the harpies came flying town on them, farah put up a large forcefield above them, it was draining her energy but it was managable to keep it up. The golem was the first one to approach them and stephen ran around it, his power was speed. The golem was big and by far not as fast as stephen. George fired a fireball to the golem from behind. The golem turned around to george, stephen tried to distract him again but it didn't work, it had noticed what was hurting him. "Fuck, farah! Forcefield!" george called out. Farah tried but the first forcefield was too big to be able to make another one.

Vlad quickly spotted the trouble, so he channeled power into his machine gun, and unloaded hell on it. Effectively distracting the golem allowing the poor guy to run. After the barrage, it was fairly weak, and Vlad had to cool down his barrels to avoid overload.

Suddenly, hell went down on the golem, george got away and farah gave stephen her longsword. He wasn't used to using weapons but he managed to hit it a few times and caught it's attention again. "Come on, man up george, damn it" she said annoyed. Luckily he listened and got back in on the fight.

"HIDE IN FARAH'S FORCE FIELD" He shouted, as he turned into a phantom, and unleashed the life sucking fog. Quite the terrifying sight if it would have been night time.

"Fack" farah said as she saw that vladimir got hit. She widened the forcefield again to keep the harpies away and went over to him while stephen and george kept the berserkers away. "Are you okay?" she said, and then into her headset: "Mark, plan changes, send Ashley here and you come too and deal with the harpies while I help the boys with the berserkers."
