Recently, I've designed a character that, when put on paper, didn't exactly come out as I imagined her. Because of this, I'd like some advice on how to improve her design and colors.

 

 

 

 

 

This is Nirvana Mind. Her talent is her psychic power, as well as her enlightened disposition. She's of a race known as the Ponibillo, and underground dwelling pony race with bioluminescent manes and tails(And feathers). They tend to have a duller color palette that becomes brighter on a certain spot on their bodies.

 

Her cutiemark is supposed to be a brain with an aura around it.
