private Monsters are overrated

Just before the monster had appeared, Milky had gotten nervous and as soon as it jumped out of the forest, Avia let the reigns go and the pony ran away. Avia knew that it would come back when it was safe again. Then she focussed on the monster "sure as hell I can stand blood" she muttered and tried to sound confident but there was a nervous undertone in her voice that suggested she wasn't nearly as confident as she sounded.

The Neckers surrounded him. Their cracklings and rotten stench filling the previous clean and peacefull air. One of them lunged, to which Custo responded to by slicing up wards, cutting its head clean off and stemching his armor in blood. He then used an igni sign to burn some of them and keep them from attacking too many at once

Avia bit on her lip, this looked incredibly unfair, so many against the two of them. But, of course, monsterd didn't play it 'fair'. Suddenly her eye fell on a large rock at the side of the road. She concentrated and a large wind picked it up and launged it to one of the neckers, smashing it's skull.

Avia bit on her lip, this looked incredibly unfair, so many against the two of them. But, of course, monsterd didn't play it 'fair'. Suddenly her eye fell on a large rock at the side of the road. She concentrated and a large wind picked it up and launged it to one of the neckers, smashing it's skull.

Cust was caught off guard by the rock that brutally murdered the monster, but quickly gained a grin "You sorceresses do fight" He said with sarcasm as he activated his shield and rushed in. Neckers where easy targets to kill, so with a few swings, he murdered them all. Custo turned around. His armor stenched in blood "Hope you don't mind the blood"

Cust was caught off guard by the rock that brutally murdered the monster, but quickly gained a grin "You sorceresses do fight" He said with sarcasm as he activated his shield and rushed in. Neckers where easy targets to kill, so with a few swings, he murdered them all. Custo turned around. His armor stenched in blood "Hope you don't mind the blood"

When all the monsters were dead, Avia sighed reliefed. "Of course I fight, I do it all the time" she said, with a sarcastic tone too. Then she whistled and the white pony came galloping back to them. Avia tied her to the carriage again and sat down, then she looked at custos "I don't mind the blood, as long as you don't make the carriage even dirtyer" she said with a smile.

Custo rolled his eyes "You sorceresses are always so picky." He sheated his glowing silver sword, and let out a sigh of relief. "Anyways, i will walk down here. Makes it easier to defend against encounters like these" He said, as he put on his helmet again to cover up his face.

Avia shrugged her shoulders "if that's what you want." she said and looked at the road again, while also glancing at the forest and the surroundings to see if she saw any monsters. She didn't see any for now and leaned back and relaxed, listened to the hoofs of the pony on the path and the birds singing in the trees, this is one thing she liked so much about traveling.

Custo walked. A lot of things where on his mind. His journeys where usually lonely and didn't involve any other company than monsters. This time, he had the pleasure of escorting a rather young and pretty lady. How should he even act? His eyes kept sneaking glances at her, as he walked. Good thing his helmet covered the most.

avia stretched, she was being so lazy she could fall asleep like this, that certainly shouldn't happen. she sat up straight again and looked at custos. she smiled, she wanted to say something to get a conversation going but she didn't really know how to start. "ehm... so, custos, how far have you traveled so far?" she tried. it was a dumb way to start but the best she could think of right now.
