So lately I have been working on a manga comic that I have been uploading on the forums and another place. I decided to try digitalizing the cover picture by tracing it with the mouse. After some extra effects it looks pretty good, but I lost all the shading. What do you guys think?

Although you lost shading, I think ultimately, it's a step in the right direction. :3 If you download Inkscape, you could also trace it with the program's smoothing tools, which would get rid of the jittery effect that you get when you use just the raw mouse.
