Yes, the fox deduces, they are definitely in love. However, he is uncertain if they will admit their feelings to each-other anytime soon.

 

He observes the conversation, having nothing to input (or at least nothing to input that he has any real way of inputting) at the moment.

Fireworks panted again. "Cool boat! " she said looking at the boat. "So morning, great! I told my sister and all stuff. Hey Full Moon ." Fireworks smiled. She looked at the fox. "We are taking the fox too?" she asked.

The fox tries to look strong and proud, standing up tall and attempting the look of someone who is ready for any adventure.

 

Again, the effect is that of a kitten impersonating a lion.

"Of course were taking him" said Song as he turned back to his usaul self "oh I forgot about snow globe If use wants she can take care of him"

The fox seems quite pleased at this. He gets to come along! A good thing, too, since he is reasonably sure he was chosen. So, he gets to come along on the journey to fight big, bad, scary things to try to lower the water level, which is quite an ambitious goal for a fox with no special powers that can help in this case.

 

…Yay?

 

Well, he should be okay, right? After all, he has his friends to protect him. Still, he does not wish to be a burden, so he needs to help somehow…

…Oh, right. Who knew that would bite him so? Granted, the fox would not be unhappy with being with Snowglobe, but who knows what could happen if the chosen one does not answer the call?

"Oh, I don't think Snowglobe cares if we take him a long. Ask her what?" she asked Song. She smiled and looked at the boat. "It's well made."

"we should get moving" really she just wants to try and get closer to song again

"ok we'll meet hear tomorrow morning" she walks home was he going to kiss me. was he dreaming about the time i saved him. all of these questions bounsed around in her head

Fireworks stared. "Uh, sure. Tomorrow morning, I'll be here." she walked away to her house. She went to sleep thinking"I thought we were going today, guess I'll wait for tomorrow." She slowly drifted off to sleep.

Morning finally came Song was preparing the boat with food and setting the sail

moon woke up early and rush over songs to see if she could get some alone time with him

This is it. He and the group are about to finally set out. There will be no turning back for him after this. But, regardless of how much or little he can help, he must come along. He was chosen and, well, he would get really restless if he had to stay behind, wondering if his friends would make it home alright.

 

The fox gazes out at the sea (ocean?). He knows that the waters can be a fickle thing. Their journey is as much up to chance as skill, in a way.
