even though there is no music song picks her up into the sky dancing and spinning and laughing without a care in the world. they look like two fillie who are just experencing love for the first time

They continue to dance through the night as if there were only them in the world Song danced a butiful dance with Moon

soon they floated to the ground moon in song's arms, there they lay in the sand drifting closer and claser to sleep

"ya go song" moon screems without noticing the angry dragon in front of her. It picks her up in its nasty claw and throws her against the rock wall. She fall to the ground.

 

The fox is horrified by the injury done to Moon. This is only the start of the journey! This can’t be happening yet, can it?

 

Well, stories are a lot less dangerous than real life adventures. But he cannot help Moon right now. He cannot apply any first aid currently. All he can do is help ensure that the dragon won’t be able to do that again.

 

The fox thinks he sees an opening. The dragon is not paying attention to him and its head is not too high up right now for him to reach.

 

The fox swiftly leaps onto a nearby rock and then onto the dragon’s head. With the claws of his forepaws, he proceeds to attack the dragon’s eyes. Whether the attack is successful or not (I’m not comfortable controlling the dragon when I didn’t create it, so up to someone else), the fox then quickly tries to jump off the dragon’s head to avoid being thrown into a wall by a swift neck movement.

moon woke up with a start, songs strong arms were still wraped around her, she relaxed and settled back in to the warth of his body.

 

OCC: strong arms!!!!! (inside joke with me and greenwind)

*OOC: Well, neither the GM nor the person who introduced to the dragon has responded to the attack, so I guess that is a subtle sign that I should handle that one this time…*

 

The fox lands, having successfully blinded the dragon. However, its other senses are still quite functional and respectably strong. Once the dragon hears him land, it breathes fire at him. Fortunately, the fox is quick enough to dash out of the way.

 

Now what will he do now? The dragon is angrier and still seems to be quite alive. It’s losing blood, but at least for now, it’s alive enough to fight. What weak points are left?

 

Then it hits him. He looks where the arrow hit the dragon and seemed to hurt it pretty badly. The arrow is still sticking out, in fact! No, there is no way he can take advantage of that. It seems like a pretty specific spot to try to attack and, if he tried to push the arrow deeper in, he'd probably just end up snapping the shaft if he did anything at all.

 

Hopefully the others have ideas left. Even if the dragon is going to bleed out from its wounds (which remains to be seen), it may take a while yet.

 

He still cannot get over this. A dragon! The journey starts out with a dragon!

Song lay Moon down running towards the dragon slashing its leg it scratched in pain as it turned its attenshion towards song

moons eyes open slightly was that all a dream the fire and the danceing? she can barly make out moon hacking the dragon with his sword "song" she almost screams

On the opposite side of the dragon, the fox scratches the dragon’s leg. That will not harm the dragon, but it might serve as a distraction.

 

On a bright note, the fox reasons that it is a good sign that Moon is capable of reaching that volume. Though he hopes the dragon does not go after her because of it.

not knowing what came over her moon starts inching her way towards song

Fireworks got up again and ran over to the dragon, putting her knife into the tail. The dragon roars in pain. Fireowkrs quickly got her knnife back and retreated. She aimed again and was hit by the bleeding tail. She sighed. "Two times with a tail hit, and one with blood on it." she says.

still on the ground, moon grabs her bow and shoots an arrow into one of the eyes of the dragon

*OOC: So ye know, the dragon has already been blinded. Though I suppose an arrow to the eye socket cannot be healthy whether there’s an eye in there or not.*

 

The fox is not an expert on dragons by any means, but this one certainly does not look like it’s doing well.

 

Their first challenge of the adventure is a dragon and it looks like they will be victorious.

 

Wow. Just… wow. This is certainly a good sign, if this is their level of power and skill at the beginning of their quest. Though, the dragon is a bad sign, since the challenges will also likely only become greater.

 

Still, he is quite simply amazed that they are doing so well fighting a dragon, of all things. And he actually helped!

 

But the fight is not over yet. The fox waits for the dragon to lower its head to within reach again. This plan is even more risky than his first attack, so hopefully the fight will end before he needs to enact it.

the dragon just wouln't die! i state of pertial insanity moon has an idea. she flys up to the head of the dragon, without looking back to see song she throughs herself into the dragons mouth! she plumets to the bottom of its stomach and lands in a red sticky goo. she hopes her plan will work

That cannot be what she meant to do, could it? It kinda looked like it, but, no, it must have been a maneuver gone wrong.

 

He must save her somehow!

 

The fox scratches the dragon’s front leg. The dragon quickly counterattacks by breathing fire at the fox. He is barely able to dodge the fire, escaping with merely some singed tailfur.

 

That failed. The dragon’s head is already out of his reach again. What can he do?

Song shocked screams "Moon what are you doing" he said chocked up "I can't lose you!"

looking around she can here songs from outside, she starts to walk down the many passage ways of the dragon's insides, as she walks farther she starts to feel the beating of the dragons heart. she rounds a corner, infrount of her is the fire-red beating heart of the dragon. "this needs to end" she whispers as she pulls her bow back. the arrow flys into it, red goo starts gushing out as moon trys to find the exit.
