Possibility of Command block Mods

I know the likeliness of  this idea is probably Stupidly low, but hear me out.

With the coming of more complicated commands in minecraft, things have gotten bigger and better with Vanilla mods even.

I believe with certain command block mods, this server could be drastically improved with simple commands such as Vanilla Treecapitator or

Backpacks. This could benefit the server in many aspects.

I used to use command blocks to do lots of things that seemed nearly impossible at the time, And I'm fully confident in the possibility and usefulness of command block mods. The only current problem is the lack of a vanilla chunk-loader. Aside from that, it's entirely possible. Treecapitator, for instance, would be pretty easy.
