Discord smirked at his own thoughts, and once close enough behind the purple pony, let loose a crack of his tail, like a whip. It swept under the unicorn's legs swift and hard from behind, and tripped her over onto her back within moments. Before Twilight could even comprehend what was fully going on, the slender Draconequus pinned her easily with his tail and deer foot, while his upper half made a circle around the other side. While he let his head rest in his eagle-clawed hand, the lion paw made tracking lines around the mares' underbelly, now facing upwards in a more exposed fashion. Even the girl's hooves couldn't do much at the moment, only able to kick at the air.

 

"Thank you EVER so much for that info on where she's ticklish Spike," Discord rated out loudly, grinning gleefully as he went about with his single hand, tickling the pony girl. "By the way my dear, your magic will not work as long as I am physically touching you, and canceling out your magic ability with my own~"

" Ahh!" she screamed as he tripped her and pinned her down " Discord!" she growled, she knew saying his name in an angry matter wouldn't make him stop whatever he had planned, but at least it would show him the she wasn't impressed. Even with him just moving his paw against her stomach, she was giggling and sucking her tummy in to try and get it away from his paw. She heard him say that Spike told her this info, but she chose to ignore it for now, she'd take care of Spike later.

 

She started laughing and almost crying as he tickled her stomach. Her hooves kicked at the air and she would try to push his paw away, but since he was stronger physically she couldn't really move it. " Hehehe stop! I.. hahah" she laughed, not even able to finish her sentences now.

 

Spike came out from under the desk, giggling. He didn't feel so bad no that he wasn't the only one who got pranked by Discord. But since Discord said aloud that he was the one who told him her ticklish spots, he kinda worried about what she'd do to him.

 

Twilight had enough of this now. Her horn started to glow as she tried to get Discord to float away, but like he had said, as long as they're physically touching, her magic can't do anything. Her horn stopped glowing, she just had to take the tickle attack. But much more of it and she'd probably pass out from laughter.

It was...hard to understand, to say the least. Amidst the young ponies' giggles and relentless air-kicking and bucking, the chaotic spirit found himself pondering that he found a sense of not just entertainment, but almost...joy, out of the moment. He shook it off and finally let the girl be, floating off from her and crossing his arms, parallel above her head he smiled and blinked a little.

 

"Well then, Twilight Sparkle, now that the spontaneous goofiness on my end has been spent, at least for the moment, what do you propose we do now?" He said, floating up and laying on the spare guest bed that sat across from Twilight's. "You are the house guest, after all~"

 

He wanted to change the topic, and had done so, but the immortal spirit couldn't deny it: This unicorn was incredibly fun to tease. Even more so than all the other ponies he had ever encountered. Maybe even Celestia. He was going to enjoy his stay here for the next unknown amount of time. And as he heard Spike try and hide himself from the purple unicorn, who had now ascended the stairs after her playful assailant, the Draconequus kept one eye on her, and the other closed as he lay there.

Twilight was still giggling, even after Discord stopped tickling her. After she had caught her breath she rolled over and stood up, then headed back up stairs, since that was where the two were. When she got up she sent a fiery glare towards Spike. She wasn't planning on giving revenge or anything, but she wasn't going to tell Spike that. She got up on her bed and sat down "I'm not sure .. "she said, in a way she was being truthful, she really didn't know what teh two could do since he necessarily isn't allowed to leave. But she had a revenge plan for him in mind. It wasn't really revenge, just something she thought of from one of her last sleepovers.

 

While teh two were at the very top floor of the Tree House, Spike came out from hiding and ran downstairs, hoping Twilight didn't see him. She didn't, because she was too busy user her magic to fling her pillow at Discords face. She knew he would either take part in teh pillow fight, or find it childish and go to prank Spike more.

The Draconequus could see the white fluffed pillows coming at him, but he couldn't dodge the first one in time. It struck him in the face, and he blinked in utter surprise after feeling his head bob backwards and then forward again from the impact. Eyes wide, he stared at the purple unicorn in semi-amazement.

 

Was she...?

 

Oh yes, she was.

 

"Well my dear, a good shot I must say." Discord smirked, snapping his fingers and making numerous pillows begin to home in on her like homing missiles. "However...now it's my turn!"

 

Before long, the young purple unicorn mare and the long king of chaos were engaged in a pillow fight, of all things. Discord laughed right along with Twilight as each of them dodged and rolled out of the way of some of the projectiles, and were completely smacked in the face by others. Before long, soft feathers poofed out of the pillows while they were thrown comically, resulting in the air becoming thick with fluff, whilst the storm of pillows shot off bursts of fabric in every direction.

Twilight laughed as they had the pillow fight. She didn't care if her pillows were getting destroyed, they were having fun, and she knew where she could get more. As she dodged his attacks, she used her magic to gather the feathers into a ball and launched them at Discord. She figured they were part of the pillow so they count. She eventually got tired and just layed on her bed, throwing pillows at him still with magic, but being to tired now to dodge his attacks. She could tell Discord was still full of energy. Twilight ears perked up.

 

 

" Hey, this is technically a sleep over .. " she said, using her magic to bring a book over to her, she showed Discord " I have a sleep over Manuel that'll keep us busy all night " She smiled " This'll be my second sleep over!!" she then squeed happily.

The ball of feathers struck him and, like a frag grenade, exploded in shrapnel of feathers all about him. He scoffed and waved them from his face, then snapped his fingers again.

 

Smack. Smack. Smack.

 

"Oh this is just too amusing~"

 

Discord floated there in the air, and found limitless joy in gently pummeling the purple pony with pillow after pillow, as she laid on her bed lazily, not bothering to dodge the attacks anymore. Meanwhile, the regal Draconequus slithered and curled out of the way of most of the assaulting pillows being thrown at him. After another moment though, he noticed the girl close her eyes and hide underneath her covers, as she talked, something about sleepovers, and then summoned a large book off of one of her shelves. Discord floated down to his feet and the pillows stopped. He nosily peeked around at the book and cocked an eyebrow.

 

"'Everything you ever wanted to know about sleepovers but were afraid to ask'...?" The mis-matched being read from the title. He blinked quizzically at the girl, then put on an exaggerated expression, purposefully trying to get her to laugh.

 

"Oh god. Whatever have I gotten myself into. Please tell me we can skip the ones that apply for girls...?" He said, eyes widening at the numerous girly activities he noticed in the books' text.

Twilight turned teh book around so she could read it " I guess we could turn them into a guy activity .. maybe I could give you a bath, you've been in stone for a few months" she said, almost acting like he was a pet now, but not meaning it. She looked up at him" Well, what type of things would you want to do at a sleepover? " She asked.

 

Spike was cleaning up downstairs and had noticed a dress hung over the rail of teh stairwell. He went over and grabbed it " Wasn't Twilight suppose to give this back ..?" he thought. He headed upstairs and talked just before Discord was going to answer Twilights last question " Hey Twi? I think you should give this back " He said, holding up the dress. Twilight looked down at the dress and gasped" Shoot! I was suppose to give that back yesterday!" She said as she ran down the stairs, using her magic to pick up teh dress and put it on her back.

 

" Can I trust you to stay put, Discord?" She asked, not really paying attention as she headed down to the lowest level of teh tree house.

"A bath?" Discord repeated, with a very much 'pony, seriously?' look on his face. He nodded and tried to conceive of ideas he may enjoy while skimming the book's contents, as the book was intriguing him a bit. But before he could even go to the next page, the purple mare jumped to her feet and ran down to meet Spike's call. The Draconequus peeked his bulbous eye out and blinked as she more or less asked/told him to 'be good' while she was away, and walked out the door in a rush after saying good-bye to each of them.

 

Discord's eyes narrowed at the closed door. No way was he going to sit here like an obedient dog. The Princesses' orders were for Twilight to keep an eye on him, after all...

 

"Spike, watch the tree-house while we're away." The chaotic being said simply, jumping down to the second landing, and transforming in mid-air with a blast of white light. An exact duplicate of the tiny baby dragon now, he gave a wink and a clicking with his teeth as he walked by normal Spike, who simply gaped in a stunned silence as Discord Spike walked out the front door and pursued the purple pony.

Twilight looked back as she saw Spike running for her. She stopped and narrowed her eyes" Oh no no no! There is no way you're leaving Discord at the treehouse alone!" She said, then pushed him with her snout towards teh tree house" You're going back!" She said, with a firey gaze in her eyes.

 

Spike was watching the whole thing from teh window, he giggled at Twilights response to seeing him " Hah, looks like his plan's gonna fail. I knew it would though " He said, leaning against the window sill.

"Am I now, my dear?" Discord said, his voice sounding like Spikes', but his choice of words being overly obvious on purpose. the expression on the young mares' face, and the sudden cease of her pushing against him made him wink and smirk. He crossed his arms.

 

"You really didn't expect me to sit in there like a puppy, did you?" He asked. "Your princess said if I were to go out...that I wear a clever disguise. So here I am. Your Spike doesn't plan on going outside, so we're solid."

 

He walked a bit in front of her and grinned, clearing his throat to sound spot-on like Spike.

 

"Well, come on oh purple surrogate sister of mine, let's go return that item to your pony friend!" He said loudly, drawing the confused stares from many ponies walking about nearby.

Twilight couldn't believe he was actually disguised as spike and walking outside in public with her. Her ears went down as they walk because she knew he was going to cause attention towards them, which is the last thing they need.

 

After the 7 minute walk of ponies stareing almost the whole time, Twilight was at Raritys. She wanted to get this over pretty quickly. Rarity open the door "Why Twilight! Nice to see you, but I was expecting you yesterday" she said in a low angry voice. Twilight nodded "Yeah I know, here-"she started, giving Rarity the dress"There ya go. Well it was nice to see ya, bye!" She then turned around and headed off, forgetting to check if DiscordSpike was still around.

Discord smiled brightly as he bobbed around with Spike's small, baby dragon feet holding him up. It felt incredibly strange to go from a long, tall, slender being to a short, somewhat tubby dragon, but he didn't care, he was already having fun. He was like an imp let loose in a peasant town; nothing was off-limits. He knew he had to be subtle and not cause too big a commotion, but a little fun wouldn't be tick off the lady with the rainbow mane too much...

 

"I say, those apples sure do look delicious~" He said pleasantly, snapping his fingers subtly behind his back. The moment he did, one of the baskets carrying apples toppled over, and one rolled right over to him. He picked it up and began to chew, chuckling to himself and continuing on his way. Twilight and what she was doing had mildly slipped his mind.

Twilight could see the treehouse now. She smiled brightly" Thank Celestia, you actually came out with me without causing trouble!" she said happily, until she noticed Discord wasn't around. She narrowed her eyes in annoyment" I spoke to soon" She growled, before runnign around the town looking for him. She noticed teh apples at the apple store were on the ground and the worker there was picking them up. Twilight trotted over to her and helped her pick up the apples.

 

" Did you see a little purple dragon around?" She asked her as she picked up the apples, the pony nodded " Yes, my apples fell outta no where and he snatched one of teh fallen apples and walked off" the pony said. Twilight nodded and thanked her for the information, then continued on her search.

"Sweet and crunchy. Always a delight. But...it's missing something." Discord Spike said, turning into an alleyway that was hidden from view, and tossing the apple up into the air. He watched it begin to spin, and above it, a small cotton candy cloud formed out of thin air, and doused the red fruit in chocolate milk. It lowered back into his hand. Discord proceeded to eat both the apple, and the cloud.

 

His ears suddenly perked. He could hear a commotion going on nearby...gasps? He looked around and noticed that many ponies were heading off in one particular direction. Oh well. He didn't care. He was bound to be caught by the purple unicorn and her studiousness soon; he had to live out as much fun as possible.

 

"Ooooh..." He muttered to himself, peering out from the side of a building and seeing his next prank target. A balloon stand.

Twilight sat down near Sugarcube corner and sighed, how hard could it be to find one dragon in ponyville? So far he only stole an apple so it's not too bad. She figured if she stayed in one place she'd fine him a lot easier. She then noticed all the ponies were walking past her, some running, others just walking. She looked to see where they were headed but couldn't see due to the ponies in front of her. She figured it was just a magician or something of that sort.

 

She looked back in front of her and noticed DiscordSpike peering out from an allyway. She got up and trotted over to him " You ran off.." she said, her voice showing anger, as well as her eyes.

Discord put on his most charismatic expression, and patted the pony, whom was for once larger than himself, on her side.

 

"Yes, my dear, but I am a grown Drac-...dragon, who can take care of himself. I wasn't doing anything TOO bad~" he giggled, still eyeing the balloon stand on the other side of the angry Twilight. He tried to walk around the unicorn, but she was pretty quick. She stepped in front of him, with her disapproving look burrowing into him. Eventually, he poked her nose and cocked an eyebrow.

 

"Not sure if I should be scared, or giggle at that face of yours." He said jokingly. "Alright, hows this...I'll go back and be a good boy, but first, you need to catch me!" He tagged the unicorn on her hoof, and then took off, running backwards fairly well and blowing a raspberry, vanishing around a corner.

" Discord!" She yelled angrily, chasing after him. She didn't really care if anypony heard her, they'd probably disregard it anyways. She was just so mad at him right now, she knew she should've never trusted him, and at this rate he was going to get himself and Twilight in trouble. She turned teh corner and continued to chase him, not letting her eyes off him this time. If this was his way of doing a prank it wasn't going to work. She was slowly getting closer to him, since she had longer legs than him.

"Curse this form..." Discord muttered, looking back as he had now gone to running forward, and noticed that the pony was gaining massive distance on him. Ponies were built for running, unlike dragons. Especially baby dragons.

 

The two went through alleyway after alleyway, and with every passing moment, Twilight grew closer. Annoyance filled her purple eyes as she advanced on him, and the dragon could hear her soft gallops right on his tail. He looked back, stuck out his tongue, and snapped his fingers. Out from the side, an empty cardboard box smacked into her, covering her face, and forcing her to stutter for a moment, before she could knock it off and continue in pursuit.

 

Well, it worked a little bit, he thought. He gained a little bit of ground. Smirking, Spikecord continued to run, and now, they had finally gotten out of the alleyway, as well as out of the main part of town. Over the bridge the purple unicorn chased him, and the incognito Draconequus laughed in amusement as he reached the other side. If only he had paid attention to the looming shadow in his path, before it was too late.

 

"Ohoho, come on Twilight Sparkle, surely you can do better than-Ooof!"

 

With a smack, the small purple dragon face-planted himself against a dark blue hoof, and fell onto his back. Just as he looked up, Twilight had crossed the bridge, and stopped dead in her tracks at the figure in front of Spike.

There, standing in broad daylight for once, and yet still holding the commanding presence of powerful royalty, was the Princess of the Night, Luna. She stood tall and proud, an expression full of blank skepticism as she stared down at the dragon, and then to Twilight with a less darting glare.

 

"Twilight Sparkle." She said, her voice now normal, as opposed to the thunderous yells of her former speech patterns. "Interesting to run into you here, of all places."

Twilight stopped and gave a quick bow, she wasn't sure if Luna knew that Discord was disguised as Spike or not, so she decided to address him as Spike to be safe" Yes well .. Spike wanted to play tag" she said, worried that they were in trouble since she came to them in daylight.

"Our sister...I mean...my sister," She began, looking back down to Spike and giving a disapproving look. "Filled me in on the situation with Discord. I am...surprised, to say the least."

 

It was fairly obvious that she was aware of him. He smiled at her knowingly, as he could see it in her eyes as well. But Luna ignored the small dragon and turned back to Twilight. She walked around him and up to the young fillie, her expression was now far more happy and welcoming.

 

"But asides from this issue, I also owe you my thanks, Twilight Sparkle." She said. "It is thanks to your help that I have started adapting far easier than when I first returned here."

 

She lifted a hoof and smiled wide.

 

"Thusly, I informed our, uh, my sister that I would love to spend time with you during the day, as I have no duties while my sister commands the sun. I can get to know you better, and help you keep an eye on him at the same time."

Twilight smiled, she couldn't believe Luna wanted to stay with her during the day, she could deffinatly use the extra help with Discord teh trouble maker. She nodded" It'd be an honour to have you stay with me during the day" she replied. She wondered if this would upset Discord, if it did, she didn't really care, he needs discipline or at least needs to learn some boundaries for his chaotic amusement.
