Dowlphin 463 May 21, 2017 Share May 21, 2017 I'm reading my e-mail in plain text on principle, and in that view the long cryptic link URL in e-mail notifications from this forum are slightly different at the (regular) end and then somewhat longer, and they always lead to an error page. For possible security reasons I'll only post the end segments here as an example from one of the e-mails. The HTML e-mail link leads to (ending with) "1pbi9HAnt9" The plain text link leads to (from same position) "1pbi8_ZG89ZmluZENvbW1lbnQmYW1wO2NvbW1lbnQ9NDkwMDExOUcCe30~" All you have to do is take a bunch of letters! Add it to the thread! Now just take a little something bold, not italic! A bit of underline, just a pinch! Writing these words is such a cinch! Add a teaspoon of punilla! Add a little more, and you count to four, and you always get your filler... Onehundred! So sweet and tasty! Hundred! Don't be too hasty! Hundred! Hundred, hundred, HUNDRED! "Aw, Pinkie. You have got to stop talking to yourself."- Pinkie Pie
Dowlphin 463 August 17, 2017 Author Share August 17, 2017 A while ago, briefly, this worked. Now it's broken again. Apparently the format was changed and the link codes are always a lot shorter, but it's still peculiar how the link code is a different one if I view the e-mail as plain text compared to HTML. Example: Plain text: https://mailmare.mlpforums.com/paubfm/SFKAlbIa HTML: https://mailmare.mlpforums.com/paubfm/fMteBkKM All you have to do is take a bunch of letters!
