Applications - Mod apps and RP suggestion

Found a thing when poking around IPS for an answer to something. This application ... uh ... application ... may be beneficial to the staff and users who desire to apply for a staff role. Each time there is a recruitment drive for forum staff, the app integration seems to break. The staff doesn't know something is up unless they actually test it, someone says something, or you poke a dev. Considering some of the options allow automatic forum routing and posting (complete with an option for a poll ... if you wanted to simplify consensus recording -- which may be a bad idea but it's a thing). 

It's use for other projects and EQE should be obvious.
